Aspose.BarCode for Java

Aspose.BarCode is a Java based visual component for generation and recognition of 1D and 2D barcodes to support Java and Web applications. It supports over 29 barcode symbologies like MSI, QR, OneCode, Australia Post, Aztec, Code128, Code11, EAN128, Codabar, Postnet, and USPS. It also supports image output in GIF, PNG, BMP, and JPEG formats. Other features include barcode size and color settings, rotation angles, and captions. You can render barcodes to images, printers, HTTP servlet responses, and graphical objects.

    Release Notes: This release includes support for the Singapore Post 4-State barcode type and fixes recognition of Postnet barcode type, missing Graphics Unit Enumeration, an ambiguous return type in BarCodeReader.getRegion().getPoints(), and much more.

      Release Notes: Aspose.BarCode for Java and for .NET now have similar features. This new release includes a few API changes, and your existing code needs to be updated to use the latest version. These changes had to be made to keep the class and method names in Aspose.BarCode for Java and Aspose.BarCode for .NET similar. The changes are easy to make if you use the auto-completion feature of the IDE. Most necessary changes can also be done using the Find/Replace All feature of the editor. The Programmer’s Guide has been updated to incorporate the changes.

      Release Notes: This release includes an updated barcode component for Java ME (Mobile Edition) and now fully supports Java ME SDK 3.0. Support was added for creating and reading some new barcode symbologies. Deutsche Post Leitcode barcode generation and recognition for J2ME and ItalianPost25 barcode generation and recognition for J2ME were added. Other recent bugs were fixed.

      Release Notes: This release includes barcode generation and recognition support for the OPC (Optical Product Code), Deutsche Post Leitcode, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) barcode symbologies. The ability to confirm checksum functionality in BarCodeReader was also added.

        Release Notes: This release added the ability to read a barcode from a specified area of an image, which can improve performance if images are very large and the location of the barcode is known in advance. New features for generating fixed size barcode images were included.
