Release Notes: Notification turnaround should be a lot quicker. Futile search notifications now show the searched word. Artha has been fully ported to Microsoft Windows; it works on XP and above (both 32-bit and 64-bit). Lots of minor fixes were made.
Release Notes: Suggestions will now be made with the localized dictionary given priority. WordNet library database cyclic errors are now treated as warnings for Detailed mode to work on platforms with older WordNet builds like Fedora and OpenSUSE. Special hotkey modifiers like Super and Hyper will now work on all keyboards. A couple of potential leaks were fixed. Sensitivity of GtkComboBoxEntry was altered for desktop environments like KDE 4.3. Compound words were made uniform throughout all text documents.
Release Notes: An editor was added for customizing hotkeys. Multiple instances are handeled gracefully by always maintaining a unique instance across a session. Notifications are now a plug-in, so the development headers of libnotify are not needed to build. A lot of code clean-ups and minor fixes were made.
Release Notes: A regex-based search feature has been implemented. Accepted patterns will be based on Wildmat syntax. Double-clicking on the definition textview will now check for compound words surrounding the actual selection, and if a valid match is found, will jump to that for a lookup rather than on the actual selection. The status bar will now be updated for index load, normal lookups, and regex searches. A redundant action button, 'Detailed Lookup', in notification has been removed. A status icon can be used to bring up the application.
Release Notes: Artha will now give suggestions when a misspelled word is searched for. When a (list type) relative is selected, the respective senses to which it relates are now highlighted. Indirect antonyms will now have an additional column where the similar term through which it relates to the search term is displayed. Examples will now appear in a single line delimited by a ";". The mouse wheel can now scroll through the history list.
Release Notes: The thesaurus/dictionary lookups are local. Artha, when summoned by its hotkey, brings up better results now. Balloon tip notifications are made better. A toolbar button has been added for toggling notifications. The dependency on GLib has been reduced from 2.16 to 2.10 by writing custom wrappers wherever needed.
Release Notes: Three more hot key combinations were added. Artha will try setting them in the order of "W", "A", "T", and "Q". If none of them succeeds, the Notifications feature is disabled properly. On the first run or when the hot key changes with respect to the previous run, Artha shows a message box with details to help the user.
