Release Notes: User can now select between the left-right frame menu or horizontal/top menu, see README.menu. The ADODB libraries, Jpgraph libraries, and Barcode libraries have been updated. Chinese language handling has been improved. PHP short tags have been changed to long tags. The install script has been improved. Redundant database scripts have been removed; please refer to the setup directory for database handling. There are minor bugfixes and minor interface and CSS changes.
Release Notes: Completed language modularization, a navigation bar, updated documentation, and directory shuffling. Broken images have been fixed.
