Release Notes: The logging feature was fixed such that it now handles '[' and ']' characters in filenames.
Release Notes: -m prevents the scripts from using characters in Filenames, which are not allowed when viewed from DOS/Windows. -U creates a ~/smartundo.sh script, which does what it sounds like. When the script is run against a few hundred files at a time, -D is not sufficient. If an ID3 tag contains a "/" in the album name, you should remove it before trying to mkdir %a.
Release Notes: A template feature (-M) has been added. This option takes a file of filenames and renames the files fed to the script to each filename in the template file. The order is highly significant.
Release Notes: A bug that made prompt delay the result if you had pressed '?' first was fixed. Miscellaneous bugs, mostly related to undefined values, that caused Perl (with the -w flag) to generate error messages were fixed. mkdir was added to the log. The user preferences file $HOME/.smartid3.rc was added. A test printout that ended up in the logfile was removed. Revert now removes dirs when they are empty.
