Release Notes: The major difference between this release and all its ancestors is that it does not need the PHP module DBX (responsible for database abstraction) anymore. 1.3b has also been tested in detail with Apache 1.3.24/PHP 4.1.2/MySQL 3.23.49 under GNU/Debian Linux (Woody). This beta release contains a large number of bugfixes concerning application security for use in the World Wide Web.
