Automated Password Generator is a set of tools for random password generation including a standalone password generator, an RFC972 password generation server, and a Perl client for the password generation server. These feature a built-in X9.17 random number generator, and 35 modes of password generation, including pronounceable password generation.

Release Notes: A Polish translation was added for the APG PHP frontend. The -p, -t, and -l options were added (see apg(1) and apgd(8)). The format of the bloom-filter file was changed. A converter utility (bfconvert) was added to convert from the old format to the new one. The -i option was added (see apgbfm(1)). Some bugs were fixed. Some compatibility changes were made. The default apg options were changed.

Wonderful!
No more trying to come up with good passwords - just do 'apg' and you're all set!
My users love the pronounceable password 'hint' and I love not having to reset so many passwords as I used to. Great app!
