Release Notes: Killpower now works correctly for USB UPSes (with kernel 2.4.22 or later). The documentation has been converted to texinfo format. There are lots of other minor bugfixes and stabilization updates.

Release Notes: This is mainly a bugfix release. Modifications were made to the NIS slave server code (net driver), which should be much more efficient and robust than in previous versions. The core code, is much more resistant to buffer overflows, since almost all string copies are now protected. A good number of other bugfixes were also made.

Release Notes: This release includes a workaround for a USB bug in kernels 2.5 and 2.6, fixes for several segmentation faults, a new master/slave driver, ONBATTERYDELAY to reduce minor power failure notifications, and some fixes to the Makefile.

Release Notes: This is a major release consisting of manual rewrites/reorganization, support for USB UPSes, a much smaller footprint by configuring on/off code, configurable drivers, Windows daemons work better and more reliably, a simplified net driver for slaves, and the ability to interactively configure your USB EEPROM with the apctest program.

Release Notes: This is the most current development release, and it has all known problems with the Makefiles resolved. This version is very stable, and lacks only a bit more documentation and EEPROM programing to become the next official stable release.

Release Notes: This version closes a root exploit in slave machines running master/server networking.

Release Notes: This release corrects depend creation in config.status, upgrades to the latest version of gcc, and does much better argument checking in the .cgi programs (this improves security, at least psychologically). It fixes Win32 to work with simple signalling UPSes, an Alpha Tru64 64/32 bit problem in the networking code, and (hopefully) the random incorrectness on battery timers.
