    Release Notes: ATA errors no longer trigger an ATA device identify request, avoiding a stream of logged ATA errors. Support for coexistence with other in-kernel AoE listeners was added. Compatibility with kernel 2.6.16 was added. A bug that could result in "lost" down devices was fixed.

              Release Notes: The revalidate feature now allows AoE devices to change size, even when the device is in use, like LVM devices do. The allowed number of outstanding AoE packets was increased to enhance performance.

                Release Notes: Compatibility with Linux 2.6.13 and later kernels was added. The driver now works around the e1000 bug by using packets no smaller than 60 bytes, and packet data is now explicitly zeroed. The aoetools version 7 is now bundled with this driver.

                  Release Notes: The aoe-2.4-4 driver can handle multiple AoE devices sharing the same ethernet address, allowing multiple vblades to be used from a single host, or multiple lblades to be used from a Coraid SATA+RAID shelf. Sixteen slot addresses are now supported per shelf address. A minor performance improvement was also made.

                    Release Notes: The Makefile now determines the module installation directory in a way that is more compatible with current major distributions. The aoetools-6 package was bundled with the driver.

                      Release Notes: The driver now supports 16 slot addresses per shelf address. The documentation has been improved. The "fwver" sysfs file was renamed to "firmware-version". Now aoetools-5 is bundled with the standalone driver.
