AntiRSI

AntiRSI is an application that helps against RSI (repetitive strain injury) and other types of computer related stress. It is based on micro pauses and work breaks. It is quite configurable, with a nice dock icon that shows its status.

    Release Notes: Natural work breaks can now be explicitly continued without restarting, and AntiRSI is now a Universal Binary.

      Release Notes: Drawing when breaking is now smoother. The license was changed to the GPL.

        Release Notes: Waking from sleep is handled nicely. The drawing interval is adjustable. Preferences are bound, not imported every tick. There are minor tweaks and code optimizations. A nice icon has been created.

          Release Notes: This release adds minor internal improvements, history-filtered idle time detection, and repairs for issues with VLC and MPLayer OS X. Icons are now restored after quiting.
