Release Notes: This release fixes most bugs reported against 1.5; most importantly, the wrapper scripts have been improved to work properly with Cygwin. Another major bug affected all custom tasks that were used in builds that used more than one build file.

Release Notes: This release fixes the bugs reported against 1.5beta2. It is expected to be the last release candidate before the 1.5 final release of Ant.

Release Notes: Support for z/OS has been added. Several fixes to <javadoc> that are necessary to make older versions of xdoclet work have made it into this beta. In addition to a couple of further bugfixes, some new features have been added: BeanShell is now a supported scripting language, and filesets can now skip symbolic links.

Release Notes: This is the first beta release of Ant 1.5. It features improved support for JDK 1.4, as well as a whole bunch of new tasks and bugfixes. Netware is now a supported OS. Ant can create bzip2 archives and MD5 checksums via built-in tasks, and it can prompt for input or replace text based on regular expressions.

Release Notes: A couple of minor bugs that affect several tasks were fixed. This is the first release candidate for a stable 1.4.1 release.
