The "another language" is Turkish :-PP

Your comments are interesting ..umm.. I'm looking for a workable php/mysql to handle my alumni project - but don't have the expertise to polish off the AO code.

Since you've invested the time, how about you start up a similar project or make your code available to Fatih_Boy in Turkey. I assume he is a ugrad.

Yes, yes I installed the old version (2.1.0.0). I don't know what the latest one is like, but 2.1 was not very good for me. The pictures were broken, (I deleted .htaccess files) there was no self-signup page (Fixed) and I had to do LOTS of minor tweaking. It only took 2 weeks of spare time, I guess that's alright.
The WYSIWYG javascript editor only works in IE.
Additionally, there are a few security holes... there is a file which if you understand how it works, will allow a user to show the contents of ALL directories. (filenames only, unless you have whacked permissions)
This site is vulnerable to cross site scripting both in executing scripts and scripts accessing the site.
I haven't as yet fixed the vulnerabilities, but I intend on it sometime. If anyone is interrested in my rant, email me @ flamesrule89 AT yahoo DOT com

Overall I would give this project a 7.
Happy coding.
