Release Notes: The format of the startup file was changed. A new modules infrastructure, based on properties and metadata, allows independent modules to be created more easily, and add new transports. Alicq can now save changes in the startup file. Subgroups (groups within other groups) are now supported. Membership in several groups is now possible. Multicast messages to groups can now be sent. The state of groups (open or closed) is now saved on exit. The transport encoding can be specified for each contact other than the global one. A setup wizard was added. A configuration panel was added.
