Release Notes: The cache now consists of a single class. This reduces global function namespace pollution and makes the cache more autoconsistent.

Release Notes: A bug in creating the storage file, a bug in config (missing braket), and the nasty bug in the "304 Not Modified" header have been fixed. Now the check is truly portable. Function comments have been added, and the code has been cleaned up.
