Release Notes: There are some bugfixes and improvements in grquiz: you can toggle between window and full screen mode while grquiz is running, it has some sound support, and it registers a runtime icon. The internal file choosers of grquiz and scrquiz were improved, and the elapsed time is shown at the end of a quiz. The charset converters have been improved a little.
Release Notes: Some new keywords for quizfiles were added. The relocation algorithm was improved. grquiz now has better handling for questions/answers which don't fit on one single screen. It also starts with an info-screen and has some more eye-candy. akfquiz.cgi was renamed to cgiquiz. crtquiz was renamed to scrquiz, and it can handle very small screens now. There are binaries for GNU/Linux on devices with ARM processors.
Release Notes: The search algorithm to locate quizfiles has been changed. mkquiz saves the quiz in the HTML file in a way that the HTML file can still be used as a normal quiz file. The author, translator, etc. are shown at the top of the HTML file. There are new keywords: "license:" and "licenseURI:". It is easier to exchange the background image for grquiz (must be recompiled). There are some other minor fixes and improvements.
Release Notes: grquiz was ported to libSDL and has limited mouse support. quizchooser was replaced with gtkquizchooser. An autopackage was created. The FreeBSD port was given up.
Release Notes: The Web-based programs automatically recognize URIs, and images can be declared as such, so that they are directly embedded. All programs now have the ability to display different assessment-texts, depending on the reached percentage (e.g. school-marks). The program grquiz comes with a better font. There is a helper script for better integration in graphical user environments and a script which counts questions, comments, and hints in a quiz.
Release Notes: A small bug in grquiz was fixed. Linequiz was improved. There's now a new parameter "-s" which suppresses the system-beep in grquiz, crtquiz, and linequiz. Support for GNU Pascal has been improved a little.
Release Notes: Support for UTF-8 (Unicode) in input-files and for UTF-8 displays was added. The programs can now cope with very long lines (ie. when the editor doesn't add linebreaks in a paragraph).
Release Notes: On all platforms, a charset converter (Lat1/IBM850) was added for crtquiz/diaquiz, and a titlescreen was added to crtquiz. In Windows, minor installer improvements were made, and icons and version info were added to the executables. In DOS, LFN support was improved.
