Release Notes: This release has smart playlists and new live assist modes. Users can now configure and rebroadcast remote live input streams from the Web, DJ programs, or smartphone applications used by broadcast journalists. Additionally, they can schedule these streams in the calendar, or schedule a ‘live’ show that records from the computer’s line-in. Improvements to the library management improve archive searching and programming, allowing the professionals to take advantage of new FLAC, WAV, AAC, and ReplayGain support.
Release Notes: The much-requested ability to edit shows was added. You can change everything from ‘Name’, ‘Description’, and ‘URL’, to repeat and rebroadcast days. Airtime’s calendar now looks, feels, and performs better than ever. Loading a station schedule is now five to eight times faster. The new installation script has two options for increased install flexibility. Uninstall no longer removes Airtime config files or the music storage directory. Airtime’s default output stream is now Ogg, rather than MP3.
