AGT

AGT is a powerful console frontend to iptables, supporting nearly all of the iptables extensions (such as quota, random, MIRROR, multiport, owner, string, MAC address, and more). All options can be specified in a configuration file with similar syntax to 'ipf' and 'ipfw'.

AGT is a great program. I suggest it to people
in our users group quite often.

Was there some specific reason why you want to
switch to the BSD licensing? I'm a big fan of
the GPL and think you should stick with that
            licensing method.

            AGT License Changes
AGT 1.01 will be released during September (after extensive testing), and may no longer be released under the GNU General Public License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/gpl-license.php).
The program has been completely rewritten, using none of the previous source code, and I feel the BSD License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php) is more appropriate.

This decision is not final, and I may still release it under GPL if I get negative feedback about the license change.

            Any feedback would be appreciated.

            Back from the dead...
I know AGT hasn't been updated in a while, but this should change in the next month or so... I've been out of the country and without net access, but as soon as I can get my hands on a decent linux box I'll put a new version up...

AGT isn't dead, it's just been sleeping :)
