Aegis Virus Scanner

Release Notes: This is a ground-up rewrite of the Aegis Virus Scanner. It was developed as a modular and flexible system that can support multiple backends for monitoring and scanning. Even the user interface is decoupled, so it would not be hard to write an interface for another desktop such as KDE.

Release Notes: This release is the first version of Aegis that will work on Microsoft Windows. Aegis no longer needs to be restarted when File::Scan has been updated, and such updates are checked to make sure they've returned a valid return code.

Release Notes: The name of the package was changed to aegis-virus-scanner to avoid conflicts with the existing aegis program. The version scheme has also changed. This can be considered the first "beta" version, although it's been quite stable for a while now.
