Release Notes: The aggregate function oci8 SelectLimit bug is fixed. Interbase auto-decodes BLOBs, and null handling issues are fixed. Postgresql MoveNext() past EOF problems are resolved. PageExecute() with SELECT DISTINCT does not rewrite SQL now.

Release Notes: Incompatibilities with MSSQL in SelectLimit() have been fixed. FetchNextObject() now returns the correct number of records. GetMenu() has been improved to support multiple highlighted items.
