Version 1.30 of ADIOS boot CD

Release Notes: The following trusted kernels were added: LIDS to boot CD, LIDS and RSBAC for UML virtual machines, and SELinux only for option 5. It is now possible to locate the /var directory on a USB storage device. ntfsresize was added to the run menu so that option 5 can install the CD to disk. The size of the UML filesystem was increased to 500MBs.
