Release Notes: This release includes a comletely new set of graphical user interfaces.


Release Notes: Running actimd as root disallowed. Support for [SECURITY] section in actimd config file added. Added tweaks, serviceTimeLimit, startTime and endTime to control the period of acceptance for actim mail request. Added strict permission checking on actimdrc and actimrc files, syslog suppport so that command-line and file transfer events are logged to /var/log/messages, allowExecution tweak to (en/dis)able command-line execution, allowFileSend tweak to (en/dis)able actimd accepting files, allowFileReceive tweak to (en/dis)able actimd retrieving files, and restrictedCommand tweak to allow rcmdl_xxxx option.


Release Notes: The code was significantly restructured, which improves speed and efficiency, and reduces the number of threads used. A new server command, POLL EMAIL CHECK, was added. Six more autotests were implemented. A lot of code was reorganised to avoid cyclic dependency. XML output support was added. The continuation on error feature was fixed to prevent it from sending a non-existent file. A Python error was fixed to prevent the retrieval of a non-existent file. The ParseResult module, which provides a function for parsing XML output from a client, was added. The documentation was updated.


Release Notes: Minor enhancements on user interface such as checking on all the configuration options, and other fixes and support for Windows. Make sure the correct Python version is installed before the application is launched.


Release Notes: This release fixes hanging from command-line executions that return result > 4K, no error return when inputting an invalid target path, an exception raised when a dir already exists with targetpath + file, the naming convention to replace existing files not being consistent, a parse error on POLL EMAIL SETUP_USER <user>, issues with the client exit code not responding to the return code of the last event received from server, and a hanging problem caused by wrong command name input on POLL EMAIL SETUP_USER. The configuration mechanism has been completely reorganised to use ConfigParser, a few autotests are included, e-mail content is now encrypted if specified to with the eKey option, some other tiny modifications, and now runs on Python 2.1. This release does not run on any Window platforms.


Release Notes: Makefile modified to fix install incompatibilities. A new section added to the documentation called 'architecture'. Incorrect return code for retrieving non-existent file fixed. Client now exits when password is used. Login prompt now appears when the user and password are set as empty strings.
