ACT-RBOT + MRS is a cognitive agent-based social simulation toolkit (RBOT+MRS) and production system based on ACT-R for modelling single actor cognitive experiments (RBOT) and multiple actors in a simulated (semiotic) world (RBOT + MRS).

Release Notes: This release adds log4j properties, threadMonitor for database threads, JProgressBar to give users more feedback on startup, a short install manual, an installer for the Windows version, and installing databases from the file menu. tl-netty has been replaced with Apache MINA 0.9.5. Session and Experiment ids are now generated by MySQL. Other software libraries (jars) have been replaced with newer versions. Old comments and code have been removed.
