Release Notes: The string format produced by ACE::timestamp() has been changed from the ctime format "Day Mon dd hh:mm:ss yyyy" to ISO-8601 yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss.mmmmmm. A new build system hook was added for users to include site-private rules in a build. An IDL compiler bug that caused illegal references to items in the scope of a template module to be overlooked has been fixed. 'LateBinding' has been implemented in the DDS4CCM connector. The dds4ccm core has been reworked to make it easier to implement custom dds4ccm connectors. dds4ccm logging has been improved.
