AC3D is a well established, fully featured 3D modeling package. It features an easy to use interface, powerful polygon and vertex editing, a UV mapper, 2D/3D text, and subdivision surfaces. It supports many 3D file formats.

Release Notes: Problems with the Lightwave (LWO) import/export on Mac and Linux have been fixed. For Mac OS X users, because of a bug in OS X 10.4.8, there is an AC3D fix that bypasses system dialogs and replaces them with alternate popup windows. The Texture coordinate editor has a new rotation control for detailed angle input rotations of the selection.
