Sliding Syntax Help Menu Bug Fixed for Napata CMS 1.2.2012

I have fixed a bug that caused the "Syntax Help" sliding menu not to slide in and out in the latest 1.2.2012 release. This bugfix is for the Mediawiki markup and Markdown packages. The corrected file upload is now online.
