DEMUX Framework enables Java developers to build modular, cross-platform applications which can run on desktop, Web, and mobile and embedded devices. It is based on OSGI and supports creating JavaFX desktop applications, mobiles apps (Android, iOS, Windows), and Web applications.

OWS scans for WiFi accesspoints and stores the ones found with their GPS coordinates in a SQLite database. It can later upload them to openwlanmap.org.

Termcam records videos from console applications. It's useful for, for example, YouTube uploads.

Staticvnc is a VNC server showing nothing but a static image. This can be useful, for example, when the regular VNC requires maintenance or when you want to send a message to the scriptkiddies probing your server for a non-protected VNC server.

GSLB.me Dynamic DNS Client is a client for updating dynamic DNS entries for accounts created on GSLB.me.

wavsilence takes a large WAV file with gaps of silence and creates smaller WAV files, containing the data between the gaps.

The List processor class lists data from arrays in HTML tables. The listing may be paginated to limit the number of array entries to display per page. The table header title and other column data formatting properties are configurable parameters. Some columns may be formatted as links or as numbers. A total value may be displayed at the bottom of a column. Control column changes can be used to generate control totals.

PerlShare is a DropBox drop-in to create your own private file sharing "cloud". It consists of two parts; a client and a server. The server part lets you configure a Linux machine to accept PerlShare clients. PerlShare behaves a lot like DropBox. On collisions, for example, it creates conflicted copies. The workhorse for synchronization is Unison, a very reliable piece of software from Pascal Bach.

EC2Dream Fogviz is a visual tool for building and managing cloud servers. It combines Fog, Ruby, and Chef into a tool that is particularly helpful when developing and testing Chef automation scripts. It currently supports Amazon AWS, Eucalyptus Cloud, and CloudStack including VPC, autoscaling, and the ability to list most entities., and Openstack clouds: Rackspace, HP Cloud, and CloudFoundry Open Platform.
