Aurora-Sim is the next generation of the OpenSimulator Project. It allows you to run a large scale operation and extend it as needed, while still having many features available for your use. The architecture is designed to be as flexible as possible so that third parties can create modules by plugging into the modular design. It is cross-platform compatible by using the .NET framework and Mono. Most importantly, it is a community based project consisting of individuals with a variety of talents (technical and non-technical) and has been developed with an emphasis on security, speed, and performance.
The Advanced Online Translator uses available online translation services to provide translations. Currently supported services: Google Translate (supports translation, language detection, dictionary, and reverse translations for single words); Microsoft Translator, a.k.a. Bing Translator (supports translation only); and Yandex.Translate (supports translation and language detection). More services are possible in the future.
TOCC is a Tool for Obsessive Compulsive Classifiers. It implements a file system that uses tags instead of folders, allowing you to classify files however you want. For example, you could tag photos by location, people, and technique (e.g. black & white, HDR). Finding files is as simple as running a query like "give me all files tagged photo and my-love".
I-Nex gathers information for hardware components available on your system and displays it using an user interface similar to the popular Windows tool CPU-Z. It can display information for CPU, GPU, Motherboard, Sound, Hard disks, RAM, Network, and USB, as well as some system information like the hostname, Linux distribution and version, Xorg, GCC, and GLX versions, and Linux Kernel. It can also generate a report on which you can select what to include and optionally send the report to a service such as Pastebin (and others). It also features an option to take a screenshot of the I-Nex window directly from the application.
Snippetsource is a simple yet powerful repository to store code snippets or any other text content. SQLite is used as the database backend, which makes fast indexed lookups possible. It is based on the editor of the Notepas project, so it will automatically benefit from the incremental changes happening on that project.
Site Change Detection is a class that scans a directory to detect file changes. It performs an initial scan of a given directory and records the names and hashes of files found in a MySQL database. Subsequent scans detect any files that were added, changed, or deleted. The class can also setup the database tables to perform the initial configuration.
