Download Website 21 May 18:34 ski 6.8

Screenshot

ski is a game in which you ski down an infinite slope, facing such hazards as trees, ice, bare ground, and the man-eating Yeti. Since you have put your jet-powered skis on backwards, you can't see ahead where you are going; only behind where you have been. However, you can turn to either side, jump or hop through the air, teleport through hyperspace, launch nuclear ICBMs, and cast spells to call the Fire Demon. And since the hazards occur in patches, you can skillfully outmaneuver them. A fun and very silly game that proves you don't need fancy graphical user interfaces to have a good time.

Release Notes: This release fixes a minor bug revealed by pychecker.

Download Website 21 May 18:22 mcl-edge 14-137

Screenshot

MCL-edge is an integrated command-line driven workbench for large scale network analysis. It includes programs for the computation of shortest paths, diameter, clustering coefficient, betweenness centrality, and network shuffles. A module for loading and analyzing gene expression data as a network is provided. The MCL algorithm is a fast and highly scalable cluster algorithm for networks based on stochastic flow. The flow process employed by the algorithm is mathematically sound and intrinsically tied to cluster structure, which is revealed as the imprint left by the process. The threaded implementation has handled networks with millions of nodes within hours and is widely used in the fields of bioinformatics, graph clustering, and network analysis.

Release Notes: The network loading software now accepts a non-portable binary format for fast loading of large networks, easily scaling to 10M arcs per second. MCL can now subcluster a clustering provided on the command line. Programs for querying and altering networks have more options and capabilities, and output formats have been made simpler and more consistent. An OPTICS-style landscape plot can be emitted and colored by cluster membership.

Screenshot

relax is a program designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins and other macromolecules though the analysis of experimental NMR data. It supports exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates, calculation of the NOE, reduced spectral density mapping, the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis, study of domain motions via the N-state model (or ensemble analysis) and frame order dynamics theories using anisotropic NMR parameters such as RDCs and PCSs, the investigation of stereochemistry in dynamic ensembles, and the analysis of relaxation dispersion.

Release Notes: This major feature release includes the addition of the new "B14" and "B14 full" relaxation dispersion models (from Baldwin 2014), a complete rearrangement of the module layout of the specific analyses packages, a number of new user functions, documentation improvements (including the addition of a new chapter to the manual for the N-state model or ensemble analysis), and numerous of other features. This is also a major bugfix release, with numerous bug resolved. This includes an essential bugfix for the error calculation in the new relaxation dispersion analysis.

No download Website 21 May 03:19 libdwarf-dwarfdump 20140519

Screenshot

libdwarf reads and/or writes DWARF debugging information in Elf object files. dwarfdump uses libdwarf to read object files and print the DWARF content in a readable fashion. libdwarf implements the DWARF2 (and later) standard by providing function interfaces that abstract away many DWARF implementation details (the writer code only emits DWARF2 so far). The source also includes implementations of a few tree search (tsearch) algorithms (balanced, red-black, and binary).

Release Notes: Consumer code reads gcc DebugFission and DWARF5 Split DWARF objects now. Producer code has a new INCOMPATIBLE source interface to dwarf_producer_init(). This is much simpler and more understandable. The messy configure-time portions are gone. Code not using producer functions is not affected by the interface changes.

Download Website 21 May 03:19 Alaya Webdav Server 1.4.1

Screenshot

Alaya is a primitive chrooting Web server with basic WebDAV support. It can serve HTTPS and HTTP, and can authenticate using PAM, /etc/shadow, /etc/passwd, or using its own authentication files that allow for 'native' users that only have access to alaya content. It's intended to be a simple method of sharing content over WebDAV, and though it can be configured with a config file, it's easy to configure by command-line switches alone. Alaya always chroots to ensure that malicious users can't use '..' within a URL to access unintended documents, and that users can't accidentally leave documents in places outside of the chroot. It has a 'ChHome' mode that chroots users into their home directory and serves content from there. It supports .cgi scripts out of a trusted path (so not from within the chrooted WebDAV share) and read-only shared directories that are outside of the chroot (allowing access to shared content when in ChHome mode).

Release Notes: This is a bugfix release. There are Makefile changes to compile under Ubuntu; fixes for problems with HTTP keep-alive; and the ability to turn off HTTP keep-alive for browsers like Safari, which seems to have problems with it.
