Tomb 1.3.1
Tomb is a system to make strong encryption easy for everyday use. A tomb is like a locked folder that can be safely transported and hidden in a filesystem. Its keys can be kept separate; for example, you can keep the tomb on your computer and its key on a USB stick. Tomb is written in code that is easy to review and links shared components: it consists of a ZShell script and desktop integration apps; it uses standard GNU tools and the cryptographic API of the Linux kernel (dm-crypt) via cryptsetup.
Release Notes: This is a major bugfix release including fixes for advanced functionalities as search/index, KDF key creation against dictionary attacks, and steganographic hiding of keys. It solves a compatibility problem when upgrading from GnuPG 1.4.11 to .12 which prevented keys from opening with the correct password. CLI usage options are made more consistent, and full paths for keys and tombs are supported, plus input of a key file from stdin. A new test suite is included and documentation is updated. All users of version 1.3 are strongly encouraged to upgrade to this release.

Kamailio (formerly OpenSER) is a high-performance SIP (RFC3261) server with a flexible architecture and many extensions. The server implements proxy, registrar, redirect, and location SIP/VoIP services. It has support for UDP, TCP, TLS, and SCTP transport layers, ENUM, AAA via database, RADIUS, DIAMETER, gateways to SMS and XMPP, least cost routing, load balancing, NAT traversal, and call processing language. Kamailio implements SIMPLE presence and instant messaging extensions, and includes an embedded XCAP server and MSRP relay. It can be also used as a routing SIP sever for WebRTC via WebSocket.
Release Notes: This is a maintenance release, including fixes since the release of 4.0.1. Installations running previous 4.0.x versions are advised to upgrade. The new features brought by this release series are listed in the announcement for version 4.0.0.

Developers can then sell their app with its added value into the marketplace. The main goal is to rework how things are done in browsing (how to go forward and back, how to control the browser, and how to record and share where you've been).
Release Notes: Swiping by context has been implemented. Longpress on the main button toggles swiping by context or history. Contexts can now be created, completely removed, exported, and imported. The context files are in plain text and can be perused and edited.

GNU Teseq is a tool for analyzing files that contain control characters and terminal control sequences. It is intended to be useful for diagnosing terminal emulators and programs that make heavy use of terminal features (such as those based on the Curses library). It is primarily targeted at individuals who possess a basic understanding of terminal control sequences, especially CSI sequences. However, by default Teseq will try to identify and describe the sequences that it encounters and the behavior they might produce in a terminal.
Release Notes: This release adds color support via the --color (or --colour) option. Non-standard control labels and descriptions are now always issued, with no need for the -x option. Reseq added new features for interactive terminal demos.

AutoLaTeX is a tool for managing small to large LaTeX documents. It detects which files that are used to build the document (included TeX files, BibTeX, figures, etc.) and launches the various different tools (latex, bibtex, makeindex) when the sources files have been changed. It provides translation rules that automatically generate figures in EPS, PNG, or PDF formats from different types of sources (dia, xfig, svg, astah, source code, etc.)
Release Notes: This release adds translators from SVG and Dia, combined with TeX macros, fixes the macros inside "autolatex.sty" to provide an interface similar to "graphicx.sty", and fixes several major bugs.

Rescatux is a GNU/Linux rescue CD that comes with Rescapp, a nice wizard that will guide you through your rescue tasks. It can restore Grub to the MBR update a Grub configuration, perform filesystem checks, fix a Windows MBR, and more. Features that can indirectly assist the rescue process include chat programs to let you reach human online help, a share log (automatic pastebin), and a share log that uses formatting appropriate for posting on a forum.
Release Notes: Debian Wheezy (the new Debian Stable) is now being used as a base. Razor-qt 5.x desktop is used in place of LXDE. A frame has been added so the embedded webpage is clearly distinguished from actual options in Rescapp. The chat nickname has been improved so that it shows Rescapp version. Boot-repair, clean-ubiquity, os-uninstaller, testdisk, and photorec programs have been added. These tools and Gparted have been arranged in a new Rescapp option called Expert Tools. The extundelete program has been added for commandline experts.

markov.sql implements third order (and lower) model Markov Chains, including training and generation, in pure SQL(ite). The source code archive also contains a pre-trained SQL dump with models based on the 1990 US Census Bureau data sets for first and last names, and an excerpt of the 2012 US tax office corporation names.
Release Notes: This release is a port of the training and generation algorithms in release 1 to PostgreSQL. As with release 1, the repository includes a pre-trained dataset with the same US Census Bureau and US tax office data so you can dive right in and play with it.

OGLplus is a header-only library that implements a thin object-oriented facade over the OpenGL (version 3 and higher) C-language API. It provides wrappers that automate the resource and object management and make the use of OpenGL in C++ safer and easier.

BallroomDJ is a ballroom music player. It is designed to let the computer choose the music and to be able to play music the entire evening without intervention. The choice of music is based on the choice and weighting of different dances by the user and the use of various rules to choose which dance to play next. The rules are: avoid repetition of the dance, avoid sequences of dances of similar types, avoid sequences of dances of similar speeds, and avoid sequences of dances from the same family of dance.
Release Notes: The release greatly improves the determination of genre/artist/album/title (and all variations) from the audio file pathnames. Bugfixes include volume resets and adjustments, the request window interfering with playback, and problems with non-dance requests and management of temporary files.

Point-in-time recovery of an Oracle DB entails the use of transaction log files. The set of such logs grows over the lifetime of a DB, and their management often requires that they be copied to remote locations and/or backed up to offline storage. Alv can verify a set of archive logs prior to its use in a DB recovery scenario: checks are made on file size and type, and the checksum of each redo record is verified. The output is a sequence of log file numbers and character codes to indicate status and highlight any gaps in the sequence (which would stall a recovery). Environment variables can be set to allow for custom log file name formats and to check the DBNAME associated with each log.
Release Notes: This release detects a corner case for aborted logs which generates ORA-00332, and uses memory mapped files, for faster log scans.

IndiMail 1.8.7
IndiMail is a messaging platform built using qmail and other messaging software. IndiMail has the ability to distribute the users in a domain across multiple hosts. IndiMail has multiple queues (called a queue collection), which can achiever very high concurrencies. The system IDs and configuration files used by IndiMail are all configurable through a set of environment variables, allowing you to customize IndiMail the way you want. IndiMail does not use hard-coded uid/gid in the executables, which makes it easy to distribute a binary package. Fido is a multi-threaded file watcher which searches files in real time for user-defined patterns. When it locates a match, it runs a user-defined program. It is useful for monitoring log files for issues and responding to them. It was designed to recognize log file rotation and start monitoring from the beginning of the new file.
