cmogstored is an alternative, C implementation of the "mogstored" storage daemon used for MogileFS storage nodes. This implementation allows MogileFS storage nodes to be deployed with a minimal memory/filesystem footprint with no additional runtime dependencies. This implements all HTTP/1.1 DAV functionality needed by MogileFS clients as well as the mogstored stream protocol. This project is still in the early stages of development and not directly affiliated with the MogileFS project.
Release Notes: This release contains improvements for storage hosts at the extreme ends of the performance scale. For large machines with many cores, memory/thread usage is reduced because there were too many acceptor threads. There are more improvements for smaller machines, especially those with slow/imbalanced drive speeds and few CPUs.
Aspose.Imaging for .NET is an image processing and manipulation component which allows developers to create, edit, draw, or convert images in their .NET application. It allows developers to convert image files to PSD, BMP, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and GIF formats. Release Notes: This release includes a feature that lets you read AutoCAD DXF drawing entities and render them as an entire drawing into PDF format. At the moment, it fully supports the AutoCAD DXF 2010 file format with all widespread 2D entities and their basic default parameters. However, the plan is to support other AutoCAD file formats in the future. Another feature has been introduced for reading and editing an image’s EXIF data.
Kangas Sound Editor lets you synthesize sound effects and music effectively from scratch. Musical pitches are constructed using a system of frequency ratios, rather than the conventional equal-temperament notation. MIDI pitch numbers can be used to specify a base note from which other notes are relative. The user interface uses a system of cells or boxes, which are placed using drag and drop, and that have associated properties which describe various characteristics of the instrument, sound, or chord group. There is a kangaroo theme to this software.
Release Notes: New graph types 'Square root', 'Cube root', 'Power', and 'Geometric sequence' have been added. An octave/note selector for the MIDI start pitch of Sequence boxes has been introduced. Numeric fields in the Properties window now have spinners for incrementing or decrementing values, and sliders for major or minor adjustments to values. Graph evaluation has been improved, including a fix of a possible divide by zero error. Bugs in the rendering of Waveform, Amplitude, and Pitch views, including a failure for these to be resized properly, have been fixed.

LanguageTool is a style and grammar checker that currently supports English, Polish, German, French, Dutch, and other languages to a different degree. It scans the words and their part-of-speech tags for occurrences of error patterns, which are defined in an XML file. More powerful error rules can be written in Java.
Release Notes: Many updates for the error detection rules for English, French, Catalan, Ukrainian, Portuguese, German, and Breton have been added. Thanks to the use of multiple threads for text checking on modern hardware, performance has been improved. The syntax of the error rules has been extended. English now has a chunker to detect singular and plural noun chunks. The standalone version now underlines errors with a red or blue line. The Java API has seen clean-ups and improved thread safety. Other small bugs have been fixed. LanguageTool requires Java 7 now.

Lilblue Linux is a Gentoo-based, security-enhanced, fully featured XFCE4 desktop system for amd64, built on uClibc. Its userland utilities are not provided by busybox, but by coreutils, util-Linux, etc. It resembles a common Linux system with one exception: It uses uClibc as its standard C library and not the more common glibc, and so brings in some of the advantages of embedded systems. Security enhancements come from Gentoo's hardened toolchain and Grsec/PaX-patched kernel. The fully-featured XFCE4 desktop has software for browsing, email, word processing, multimedia, chat, games, and more.
Release Notes: This maintenance release updates multiple packages to stay in sync with mainstream Gentoo. The toolchain remains the same as the previous release, but upgrades the kernel to Gentoo's hardened-sources-3.11.1-r2. It also includes minor enhancements to make sure the new system works well out-of-the-box with Gentoo's recent bump of portage to version 2.2.1.
