Download Website 08 Aug 23:34 libstatgrab 0.90

Screenshot

The libstatgrab library provides an easy-to-use interface for accessing system statistics and information. Available statistics include CPU, Load, Memory, Swap, Disk I/O, and Network I/O. It was developed to work on Linux, FreeBSD, and Solaris. The package also includes two tools: saidar provides a curses-based interface for viewing live system statistics, and statgrab is a sysctl-like interface to the statistics.

Release Notes: Thread safety and reentrant functions. API unification (every stats call is now able to return multiple entries). A complete rewrite of internal memory management (eases future extensions). Adds experimental support for tracing using log4cplus. Completes the ports for AIX, HP-UX, and most of the widely used BSD-based operating systems. Completes the port for Darwin/MacOS X, including basic Mach. Cleans up the FreeBSD and Solaris implementations. Removes explicit support for Linux 2.4.

Download Website 08 Aug 23:31 dd_rescue 1.39

Screenshot

dd_rescue copies data from one file or block device to another. It is intended for error recovery, so by default, it doesn't abort on errors and doesn't truncate the output file. It uses large block sizes to quicken the copying, but falls back to small blocks upon encountering errors. It produces reports that allow you to keep track of bad blocks. dd_rescue features a number of optimizations, such as sparse block detection, preallocation, and Linux zerocopy (splice). It supports data protection by (multi-pass) overwriting of files or partitions with good and fast random numbers.

Avatar

Release Notes: The main change is a fix for a bug where the last block could have appended zeros if hardbs==softbs (bnc #833765). Beyond that, ARM sparse detection has been sped up a bit (~15%), and the man page has a clarification w.r.t. the meaning of -y. autoconf is now used to detect platform features to help portability.

Download Website 08 Aug 19:33 chrony 1.29

Screenshot

chrony is a client and server for the Network Time Protocol (NTP). This program keeps your computer's clock accurate. It can also use hardware reference clocks, the system real-time clock, or manual input as time references.

Release Notes: Two security vulnerabilities were fixed: a crash when processing crafted commands (CVE-2012-4502) and uninitialized data sent in command replies (CVE-2012-4503).

Download Website 08 Aug 19:21 pride 0.9.7

Screenshot

Pride combines bash scripts, zenity, ant, ImageMagick, and the Android tools to create a fast and simple POSIX alternative for Android development. It provides all the basic commands (clean, build, release, etc.) of other Android IDEs. But it is primarily a robust and simple injection framework. Injections from methods to clusters of activities are easily created from existing code and can then be injected into any project. Pride can also be used to batch build, load, or release multiple projects and can update class and resource files among projects that use the same objects or resources.

Avatar

Release Notes: The ReaderView activity and the Mu2 Class have both been updated.

Download No website 08 Aug 13:48 Fileevent 1.0.0

Download Website 08 Aug 13:41 MetaWareJ 3

Screenshot

MetaWareJ is a framework for creating Web-based business applications dealing with data input, validation, and processing, based on client's requirements and rules. Examples of these are any type of inventory, invoicing, customer database, sales, application bridges, government projects (customs, ports, civil registry, internal revenue), etc. Applications built with MetaWareJ are Java Web applications utilizing HTML/JavaScript. MetaWareJ can produce a variety of outputs such as charts, PDF reports, CSV exports, etc. The screens are simple and homogeneous, and the programmer does not have to spend any time to maintain them. The programmer defines the data to be retrieved, the updating of tables, the validations, and the screen content in a very simple MetaWareJ XML language. Producing outputs of different formats does not require any re-programming (or designing) of the output.

Release Notes: Reporting improvements, a reduction in memory use, and the ability to create PDF reports with thousands of pages. Data can be shared between nested tables for faster report creation. The programming interface for customizing transactions was improved.

No download Website 08 Aug 13:38 LMDBG 1.2.0

Screenshot

LMDBG is a collection of small tools for collecting and analyzing the logs of malloc/realloc/memalign/free function calls. Unlike many others, LMDBG does not provide any way to detect overruns of the boundaries of malloc() memory allocations, as this is not the goal. Like most other malloc debuggers, LMDBG allows detecting memory leaks and double frees. However, unlike others, LMDBG generates full stacktraces and separates the logging process from analysis, thus allowing you to analyze an application on a per-module basis.

Release Notes: lmdbg-sym no longer segfaults due to problems with stacktrace(3). A much simpler and correct address conversion method was added. There were significant speedups due to optimizations for gdb. In lmdbg-run, GLIBC malloc hooks are no longer used. lmdbg's own code is not included in stacktraces. A new -N option was added, and the -v option received a minor fix. lmdbg-stat received fixes for a NULL dereference that appeared if a free(3) or realloc(3) stacktrace was without an appropriate malloc/realloc(3) stacktrace. There were other minor fixes and improvements, improvements in regression tests, and improvements in stacktrace(3).

Download Website 08 Aug 13:36 i3 4.6

Download Website 08 Aug 13:34 ntdisp 0.5.0

Screenshot

ntdisp, short for NtD In System Programming, is a system for programming LPC and STM32 (and possibly other) embedded devices. It provides three different frontends, a GObject-based library (for developers), a commandline utility (for computer geeks), and a GTK+3 frontend (for less geeky users).

Release Notes: The new persistent layer is based on GSettings instead of relying on an INI file. This will make deployment on Windows easier. The port to Windows is complete: this includes an installer based on NSis, the relocation of data relative to the ntdisp-gtk3.exe directory, and a specific widget for selecting the communication device. The GTK+ 3 front-end has been enhanced. The project now has an official icon and the action selection is performed by a listbox instead of relying on the current page of a notebook.

No download Website 08 Aug 13:33 OpenCA OCSP Responder 2.4.2

Screenshot

The OpenCA OCSP Responder is an RFC 2560 compliant OCSPD responder. It can be used to verify the status of a certificate using OCSP clients (such as Mozilla/Netscape7). The Responder is actually included in the main OpenCA distribution package. It is also possible to install the daemon as a stand-alone application, in which case you will need a CRL (or access to an LDAP server where the CRL can be obtained).

Avatar

Release Notes: This version includes updated support for LibPKI 0.8.0, several memory leak fixes, a fix for a configuration parsing error that was preventing the reloading of expired CRLs, optimized network packet managing when sending responses, a fix for using specific hash algorithms in the responder's signatures (SHA-1 is needed to support old Cisco devices), improved support for the GET HTTP method and startup error logging, and support for a new '-testmode' switch that sets the OCSP as a test responder where all signatures are invalidated by flipping the first bit in the signature.
