Download Website 04 Aug 19:54 reposurgeon 2.39

Screenshot

A tool for editing version-control repository history, reposurgeon enables risky operations that version-control systems don't want to let you do, such as editing past comments and metadata and removing commits. It works with any version control system that can export and import git fast-import streams, including git, hg, bzr, CVS, and RCS. It can also read Subversion dump files directly, and can thus be used to script production of very high-quality conversions from Subversion to any supported DVCS.

Release Notes: A new 'tagify' command for tagifying empty commits. Correctness fixes for deletion edge cases.

Release Notes: Adds support for the big three feature requests in Vrapper: VisualBlockMode, Split Editor (:split, :vsplit) via and optional plugin, and confirm 'c' flag for substitution. Several other minor feature enhancements and defect fixes.

Download Website 04 Aug 19:52 4MLinux 7.0 STABLE

Screenshot

4MLinux is a miniature Linux distribution focusing on four capabilities: maintenance (by using it as a system rescue live CD), multimedia (for example, for playing video DVDs), miniserver (using the inetd daemon), and mystery (meaning console games).

Release Notes: This release has the same features as 4MLinux 7.0 BETA with the additional possibility of a fully automatic upgrade to 4MLinux Allinone Edition. There are two versions available to download: 4MLinux-7.0.iso (with a GUI that requires 256MB of RAM) and 4MLinux-7.0-installer.iso (with a TUI that requires 128MB of RAM). Both versions can be installed to a hard disk (and later updated to 4MLinux Allinone Edition, if desired). Automatic downloading and installing of some additional components (Opera 12.16, LibreOffice 4.0, SMPlayer 0.8.5, and Partition Wizard 8.0) is also possible.

No download Website 04 Aug 19:52 twcbackup 1.0.1

Screenshot

twcbackup is easy-to-configure backup software with a graphical configuration tool. It supports multiple backup methods. Usually, the bfsync method is used, which maintains a backup pool of SHA1-hashed files which allows file-level duplication. Automatic deletion of old backups, backup of local data or remote machines via ssh/rsync (Linux machines) or smb/rsync (Windows machines), and replication of the backup repository are supported.

Release Notes: This release improves twcbackupconf checks for backup media configuration: media name and media UUID must not be empty. It adds an ignore_existing option to rsync backups to skip updating files that exist on the backup. Online help is now shown using webkit.

Download Website 04 Aug 11:23 Java Algebra System 2.5.4555

Screenshot

The Java Algebra System (JAS) is an object oriented, type safe, multi-threaded approach to computer algebra. JAS provides a well designed software library using generic types for algebraic computations implemented in the Java programming language. The library can be used as any other Java software package, or it can be used interactively or interpreted through a Jython or JRuby front end. The focus at the moment is on commutative and solvable polynomials, power-series, multivariate polynomial factorization, Gröbner bases, and applications.

Release Notes: This release adds new algorithms for solvable polynomial rings over solvable local rings in classes LocalSolvablePolynomialRing and LocalSolvablePolynomial and new scripting examples for such solvable polynomial rings. The handling of non-commutative relations of solvable polynomials has been refactored to implement and use an interface RelationGenerator. Some more Findbugs and Eclipse issues and several problems with jruby of Android have been fixed and improved.

Download Website 04 Aug 11:19 fix8 0.9.3

Screenshot

Fix8 is a modern open source C++ FIX framework featuring complete schema driven customisation, high performance, and fast application development. The system is comprised of a compiler for generating C++ message and field encoders, decoders, and instantiation tables, a runtime library to support the generated code and framework, and a set of complete client/server test applications. For the same message, Fix8 encodes 3.2 times faster and decodes 2.3 times faster than Quickfix, an average of 2.7 times. In other words, it reduces encode latency by 69% and reduces decode latency by 56%.

Release Notes: This is another pre-GA release. It adds more bugfixing, fixes Jira tickets FX-67, FX-68, FX-69, FX-70, and FX-71, fixes a race condition in Singleton, adds a backup of the persist file instead of purging after a sequence reset, adds a forced logout message should it contain an error text, fixes server crashes when a reliable client attempts a sync reconnect, and fixes the reset sequence number not truncating the BDB persist database.
