Doxygen is a cross-platform, JavaDoc-like documentation system for C++, C, Objective-C, C#, Java, IDL, Python, PHP, VHDL, and Fortran. Doxygen can be used to generate an on-line class browser (in HTML) and/or an off-line reference manual (in LaTeX or RTF) from a set of source files. Doxygen can also be configured to extract the code-structure from undocumented source files. This includes dependency graphs, class diagrams and hyperlinked source code. This type of information can be very useful to quickly find your way in large source distributions.
Release Notes: This release adds a new option SOURCE_TOOLTIPS for more advanced tooltips while browsing the source. It includes a number of internal improvements related to configuration options, i18n, and to support the new, more open way of development using GitHub and Travis CI. As usual, a large number of bugs have been fixed as well.

A new "reload signal" stanza to allow jobs to specify a custom signal that will be sent to the main process (rather than the default SIGHUP). Inclusion of Session Init sample jobs. Re-exec fixes for handling chroot sessions. A shutdown fix for Session Inits. A new Python 3 module and accompanying integration test suite for testing Upstart running as PID 1 and as a Session Init (privileged and non-privileged).
Pride combines bash scripts, zenity, ant, ImageMagick, and the Android tools to create a fast and simple POSIX alternative for Android development. It provides all the basic commands (clean, build, release, etc.) of other Android IDEs. But it is primarily a robust and simple injection framework. Injections from methods to clusters of activities are easily created from existing code and can then be injected into any project. Pride can also be used to batch build, load, or release multiple projects and can update class and resource files among projects that use the same objects or resources.
Release Notes: UpdateClass, Code injections, and Class injections can now be used with package subdirectories. Snapshot now has a RemoveDirs option for stale snapshots and a safety mechanism on Restore. Refinements and bugfixes were made to the Flashcard Activity. The Blank Activity works normally in the package directory, But it can be used in a BETA STATE to inject a blank activity into a package subdirectory.

Several important issues related to rendering Microsoft Excel files, rendering charts, manipulating PivotTables, copying cells, inserting rows, and rendering to PDF format have been resolved. Issues pertaining to the formula calculation engine have also been fixed in this release.
wiggle is A utility that applies conflicted patches intelligently. When 'patch' fails, wiggle often can succeed by ignoring changes to the original file that are not relevant to the patch. The result should always be reviewed, as wiggle cannot notice semantic changes that are important.
Release Notes: This release adds extensive enhancements to the patch browser, including editing of conflicted parts of the merge, adds a new --ignore-blanks option, improves integration with "git", and adds many bugfixes and minor enhancements.

VMS Empire is a simulation of a full-scale war between two emperors, the computer and you. Naturally, there is only room for one, so the object of the game is to destroy the other. The computer plays by the same rules that you do. This game was ancestral to all later expand/explore/exploit/exterminate games, including Civilization and Master of Orion.
Release Notes: This release fixes a core dump when a satellite bounced off the world's edge, and adds full ANSIfication of function prototypes (which fixes the sat bug, as the code appears to have been tickling some obscure bug in the compilation of function calls with K&R-style prototypes).
SignPDF is a simple command line application to sign a PDF document. It can sign a PDF document with a valid certificate, encrypt/protect a PDF document, and timestamp a PDF document (optional feature). A JKS keystore with a cert signed by your desired CA is mandatory for use. The tsa_url of a timestamp server can be used to timestamp your documents. The signed PDF file is signed and protected with allowed restrictions to printing, content copying, and content copying for accessibility. By default, SignPDF creates a configuration file at ~/.signpdf, which can be edited for further use.
Release Notes: This release completes the README and adds .checkValidity() exception handling.

It provides translation rules which automatically generate figures in EPS, PNG, or PDF formats from different types of sources (dia, xfig, svg, astah, source code, etc.) AutoLaTeX also provides graphical user interfaces, a plugin for the editors Gedit and Sublime Text, and a standalone Gtk application.
Release Notes: This release adds internationalization support in the tools autolatex, autolatex-gtk, autolatex-backend, and the Gedit plugin. French translations are included.
Visopsys is an alternative operating system for PC compatible computers. Under development since late 1997, this system is small, fast, and open source. It features a simple but functional graphical interface, real preemptive multitasking, and virtual memory. Though it attempts to be compatible in a number of ways, Visopsys is not a clone of any other operating system. You can demo the distribution from a "live" CD, USB stick, or floppy disk.
Release Notes: This release consists of hardware support updates and bugfixes, with particular focus on USB. Support for USB 2 controllers and devices has been added.
GNU libmicrohttpd is a small C library for embedding HTTP server functionality into other applications. It is reentrant, fast, supports HTTP 1.1, and permits listening on multiple ports. The API is simple and still powerful enough to allow programmers to use the entire HTTP feature set. SSL/TLS support is available as an option.
Release Notes: epoll can now also be used with SSL connections. Following recent HTTP/1.1 clarfications, MHD no longer send a "Content-length" header in CONNECT responses. The "MHD_add_connection" call now consistently sets an "errno" value to indicate the cause of errors. Connections added this way are now always processed immediately. The release also fixes a recently-introduced bug which prevented HTTP pipelining from working properly in some cases and a build error in conjunction with the "--disable-messages" configure option. This release works around issues with the shutdown system call on W32.
check raid is a script that uses OEM tools to check the status of RAID arrays. It can be used standalone or with snmpd. It currently works with Adaptec (arcconf), 3ware (tw_cli), zfs (zpool), and md (mdadm).
Release Notes: As of 0.54 (svn revision 54) checkraid no longer prints the number of errors. Instead, the output is Nagios/Icinga-compatible (OK, WARNING, CRITICAL, UNKNOWN + exit code). The regexes have been (hopefully) improved to cover more statuses and to distinguish between non-critital and critical states. When in verbose mode, only relevant (regex matching) lines are shown. All WARN, CRIT, and UNKNOWN matches are also logged to syslog. There's been a syntax change: the controller/cli is selected by '-c', e.g. checkraid -c adaptec.
