TAO is a standards-compliant, real-time implementation of CORBA that provides efficient, predictable, and scalable quality of service (QoS) end-to-end. Unlike conventional implementations of CORBA, which are inefficient, unpredictable, non-scalable, and often non-portable, TAO applies the best software practices and patterns to automate the delivery of high-performance and real-time QoS to distributed applications.
Release Notes: This release adds support for Fedora 19, and ends daily maintenance for Fedora 17 and 18. It adds support for Embarcadero C++BuilderXE4 using bcc32 in debug and release mode. Several memory leaks in the Trading Service have been fixed. Support has been added for Embarcadero C++BuilderXE4 using bcc32 in release mode.
Upsilon is a distributed, flexible, and extensible system monitoring application. Being distributed means you run service checks on Upsilon nodes in your network where it makes sense, either on every server or on a management network, inside or outside the firewall. You can run checks on secure, hard to reach networks, and push those results to a central server. You can optionally execute "agentless" checks just by using SSH. Being flexible means that if you can script it, you can monitor it. Unlike most monitoring systems, the monitoring scripts are external to the main server, so you can use Upsilon to execute your monitoring scripts in an extremely robust way. Upsilon has been used to monitor many different things and is API-compatible with all nagios monitoring scripts. Being extensible means you can add monitoring checks to Upsilon at runtime without needing to restart the server. The upsilon-node and upsilon-web projects both have their own REST APIs.
Release Notes: This release separates the Fedora18/19 & RHEL6 packages again. Config file status is now exposed via the REST API. The Debian (and Raspberry PI) package should now rotate logs correctly.
Argyll is an ICC compatible color management system. It supports accurate ICC profile creation for scanners, CMYK printers, and film recorders, and calibration and profiling of displays. Spectral sample data is supported, allowing a selection of illuminants observer types, and paper fluorescent whitener additive compensation. Profiles can also incorporate source specific gamut mappings for perceptual and saturation intents. Gamut mapping and profile linking uses the CIECAM02 appearance model, a unique gamut mapping algorithm, and a wide selection of rendering intents. It also includes code for a fast 8-bit raster color conversion engine as well as support for fast, fully accurate 16-bit conversion. Device color gamuts can also be viewed and compared using a VRML viewer.
Release Notes: Support for JETI specbos 1211 and 1201 instruments. Video profiling and 3dLut creation support for eeColor and MadVR. Important bugfixes for Windows and OS X. Improved support for colord and colorhug instruments on Linux.
Exponent CMS is a content management system for Web sites. It allows site owners to easily create and manage dynamic Web sites without necessarily directly coding Web pages or managing site navigation. Exponent uses an intuitive and flexible content editing system that allows Web pages to be edited on the page as it is displayed. This avoids the need for more back-end administration or for navigating many administration pages to add a simple line of text. You can simply visit the page you need to edit as if you were a site visitor, and make the change.

Files for RPM generation have been added to a new "pkg" subdirectory. The sos-Linux tool has been updated with support for upcoming aoe driver releases.
Lynkeos processes astronomical webcam images. By stacking the best images, the signal to noise ratio is increased, and details lost in the noise of individual images become visible in the resulting image. This software accepts, as input, QuickTime, AVI, and MPEG sequences, or still images, in any image format supported by its active plugins (TIFF, FITS) and Cocoa. It generates a 16-bit RGB TIFF or a monochrome FITS image as output, to be further processed with some all-purpose image processing application.
Release Notes: This release adds adaptations for OS X 10.8 (bugs #58, #64), a new analysis algorithm, giving better results (bug #61), and a more robust selection notification scheme to avoid crashes on infinite loops (bug #56). Search square size is no longer constrained to the power of two (3440550). The FITS, MPEG, and AVI file formats are now supported without additional packages. The file format of V0 and V1 is no longer supported. This release also corrects some other bugs.

GNU ddrescue is a data recovery tool. It copies data from one file or block device (hard disk, CD-ROM, etc.) to another, trying to rescue the good parts first in case of read errors. GNU ddrescuelog is a tool that manipulates ddrescue logfiles, shows logfile contents, converts logfiles to/from other formats, compares logfiles, tests rescue status, and can delete a logfile if the rescue is done.
Release Notes: The format of the files produced by the options "--log-rates" and "--log-reads" has been modified to make them usable by plotting utilities like gnuplot. Skip size is now reset (instead of reduced) after good data is found. This should make ddrescue regain speed faster after leaving a bad or slow area. Current total runtime is now shown on the screen.
