Meson aims to be the most usable and fast build system. It provides a simple yet powerful mostly declarative language for describing your build. It has native support for modern tools and frameworks, such as Qt5, code coverage, unit tests, precompiled headers, and others. It utilizes a host of optimization techniques to compile your code faster on both full and incremental builds.
Release Notes: This release adds support for cross compilation. In most cases the build definition file does not need to be changed at all to support cross compilation. You only need a platform description file, which can be as small as five lines of text. Meson also supports building some targets (such as source code generators) natively during a cross build.
RESTClient is a Java Swing application to test RESTful Web services.
Release Notes: The release has two bug fixes: one affecting proxy users in the CLI tool wherein the proxy configuration was not taken into effect, and the other affecting people working on IDN URLs where the IDN URLs were corrupted when RESTClient was restarted. Groovy Test Scripts can now have supporting external Jars.
OpenTBS is a PHP tool that helps you to make OpenOffice and MS Office documents using templates. You first design your template using OpenOffice or MS Office, and then OpenTBS merges it with data that you supply from PHP code and databases. It has facilities to manage pictures. The resulting documents are saved to file, served for download, or returned as a string. In fact, OpenTBS can merge any OpenDocument files, any OpenXML files, and any XML files compressed in a Zip archive. No extra exe file is required and it makes no temporary files, since all work is done in memory. OpenTBS is based on the TinyButStrong template engine.
Release Notes: The loaded template can now be a PHP file handle. MS Excel Sheets are now saved with explicit references for rows and cells, so merged templates are viewable with LibreOffice and other third viewers. Keywords for changing cell types are the same for LibreOffice and MS Office. TbsZip 2.14 is now used. A bug where a DOCX file could be corrupted when using "block=tbs:page" and the last paragraph of the document has no text was fixed.
hamsterdb Embedded Storage is an embedded database engine for C/C++, including wrappers for Java, .NET, and Erlang. It supports in-memory databases, very fast database cursors, "record number" databases, ACID transactions, and duplicate keys. hamsterdb is very fast and highly configurable. It compiles and runs on Unix platforms, Linux, Microsoft Windows, and embedded platforms.
Release Notes: This release re-implemented AES encryption based on OpenSSL and libcrypto. A few bugs in the build process were fixed. The client- and server-side implementation of the remote network access has been rewritten. The server now uses libuv (a component of Node.js), which resulted in a performance improvement. libcurl is no longer required as a client-side dependency. Unused space at the end of the file is now truncated, and the file size shrinks when the Environment is closed. (This feature is disabled on Win32 if memory mapped I/O is used.)
Lifeograph is a personal journal and note taking application. It offers all standard features expected from a diary application, along with some unique ones, in a light-weight and intuitive package.

Aspose.Email for .NET is a set of components allowing developers to easily implement email functionality within their ASP.NET Web applications, Web services, and Windows applications. It supports mail merge, iCalendar, customized header and body, header information, embedded files, Twitter, and much more. It makes it easy to work with HTML or plain text email messages and their attachments.
Release Notes: Users can now convert OST to PST and vice versa with a single line of code. You can now change a folder’s Container class after creating it. The entire contents of a folder containing items of different types (messages, appointments, etc.) can now be viewed. Adjustment of target DPI for MailPrinter output is now allowed. Issues with converting messages to XPS, TIFF, MapiCalendar, encoding, and MHTML were fixed.
OpenSearchServer is a powerful, enterprise-class, search engine program. Using its Web user interface, crawlers (Web, file, database, etc.), and REST/RESTFul API, you can integrate advanced full-text search capabilities into your application.
Release Notes: A RESTFul Web service and a new REST crawler were added. All existing features have been dramatically improved. The build system is now based on Maven. A Ruby client library is now available.
HotShots is an application for capturing screens and saving them in a variety of image formats as well as adding annotations and graphical data (arrows, lines, text, etc.).
Release Notes: An option to keep window manager settings in some cases was added. A Romanian translation was added. In the editor, the ESC key now forces select mode and +/- keys can be used for zooming. The ability to directly load a file (.hot/image) in the editor from the command line was added. On Linux, searching for translation files was fixed along with incorrect display of the splash screen. Incorrect display on multiple screen configurations was also fixed. The auto close function is now disabled by a user action.
W3Perl is a free logfile analyzer. It can read Web/FTP/Squid/CUPS/DHCP/SSH or mail logfiles. It allows most statistical data to be ouput with graphical and textual information. An administration interface is available to manage the package.
Release Notes: The menu uses now AJAX to refresh. New RPM/Debian packages allow easier installation. Support for DHCP-ISC and SFTP logfiles have been added. Jqplot graphs can be exported to PNG. Output can be set to Chinese. Referrer can be excluded from a string. The resources menu can be hidden from the menu. Pages can be filtered using regex.
DiffImg is a simple image comparison tool which takes two RGB images with the same size as input. Some statitics are computed, and the positions at which pixels differ are displayed as a color mask.
Release Notes: This release adds the ability to add a comment to loaded images, the ability to display a difference histogram with or without zero level, and Chinese, Romanian, and German translations. It fixes finding the correct path for translation files on Linux in some cases, incorrect display on multiple screen configurations in some cases, and incorrect display of the splashscreen on Linux in some cases.
musl is a new implementation of the standard library for Linux-based systems. It is lightweight, fast, simple, free, and strives to be correct in the sense of standards-conformance and safety. It includes a wrapper for building programs against musl in place of the system standard library (e.g. glibc), making it possible to immediately evaluate the library and build compact statically linked binaries with it.
Release Notes: The dynamic linker now supports $ORIGIN and recursive rpath resolution. Field widths and the %s format have been added to strftime. iconv now supports all major non-stateful CJK encodings, including EUC-KR and Big5(+HKSCS), which are new in this release. CPU affinity interfaces have been added. Many floating point improvements have been made, including fenv support on ARM hardfloat targets. Major optimizations have been made to memset and memcpy (all archs). Numerous low- to medium-impact bugs have been fixed.
paexec distributes performing the given tasks (stdin) across several CPUs or machines in a network.
Release Notes: libmaa is not needed anymore to build and run paexec. Presentation paexec.pdf was added. Environment variable PAEXEC_EOT was introduced. Option -y was added to paexec(1) and paexec_reorder(1) for setting an end-of-task marker to the "magic" string. Option -C was added to paexec(1) for setting "calculator" more easily. Option -x was added to paexec_reorder(1). Additions and improvements to regression tests and documentation were made.
LibDWG is a library to directly read DWG files, a popular drawing format used in the CAD world.
Release Notes: This release is a fork back from LibreDWG, so that it's now possible to freely access DWG data formats R13, R14, and R2000. Together with the library comes a small utility to dump the data into a human-readable form, "dwg-dump", testing the library functionality.
Scid vs. PC is a powerful chess toolkit. It has extensive database and PGN file handling capabilities, and can be used to play chess on the internet (with FICS), against a computer chess opponent, or for chess grandmasters to prepare for tournament matches. Additionally, Scid vs. PC can run automated computer tournaments with chess engines playing against each other.
Release Notes: This release is mainly a consolidation of the docked mode feature. Additionally, there is a new game history, and database sorting does not reset the filter or reset the current game, plus the usual array of bugfixes and tweaks.
DBeauty is a relationship-oriented database browser. It provides insight into both the data and the interrelation of the rows, and allows you to navigate bidirectionally through the database by following foreign-key-based or user-defined relationships.

kramdown is a fast pure Ruby Markdown-superset converter. It uses a strict syntax definition and supports several common extensions.
Release Notes: The main new feature of this release is a parser for Github-flavored Markdown. Some bugs were fixed, as well.
web2ldap is a full-featured Web-based LDAPv3 client written in Python. It is designed to run either as with stand-alone built-in Web server or under the control of another Web server with FastCGI support (e.g. Apache with mod_fastcgi). It has support for various LDAPv3 bind methods and a powerful built-in schema browser. HTML templates are supported for displaying and editing entries, and LDIF templates can be used for quickly adding new entries. A built-in X.509 parser displays a detailed view of certificates and CRLs with active links.
Release Notes: Additional search roots can be dynamically searched with configurable LDAP URL. Cert viewer displays crlEntryExtensions. Some more minor enhancements and bugfixes have been added.
phpMyAdmin is a tool intended to handle the administration of MySQL over the Web. It can create, rename, and drop databases, create/drop/alter tables, delete/edit/add fields, execute any SQL statement, manage keys on fields, create dumps of tables and databases, export/import CSV data, and administrate one single database and multiple MySQL servers.
Release Notes: A problem which caused the foreign value not to be selected in Search has been fixed.
Countdown is a command-line program that is similar to the UNIX sleep command, but displays the amount of time remaining before the timeout.
Release Notes: This release adds the "s" delay modifier for notating seconds (and is the same as not giving any modifier).
imvirt is a Perl script that tries to detect if it is called from within a virtualization container. This is detected by looking for well-known boot messages, directories, and reading DMI (Desktop Management Interface) data. The following containers are detected: Virtual PC/Virtual Server, VirtualBox, VMware, QEMU/KVM, Xen (para and non-para virtualized), OpenVZ/Virtuozzo, UML, and any HVM providing CPUID 0x40000000 detection.
Release Notes: This release adds Parallels detection support. OpenVZ detection has been improved, and several bugfixes have been implemented.

etm is an acronym for Event and Task Manager. It provides a simple, intuitive format for using plain text files to store event, task, and other data items, a command line interface for viewing stored information in a variety of convenient ways, and a cross-platform, PyQt-based GUI for creating and modifying items as well as viewing them. Displayed items can be grouped by date, context, keyword, or project and can be filtered in various ways. A display of busy and free times is also supported, as is a ledger view of time spent that is suitable for client billing. Alarms are supported for events and repetition for both events and tasks in a powerful and flexible manner.

jPort is a Java-enabled application launcher that can be used to launch dozens of free Java applications for office, development, science, and entertainment. The user can update, remove, and install applications using the Portable Java Program (PJP) portal. jPort does not require installation since it runs on Java-enabled platforms. jPort is fully portable and can run from a USB flash drive. All preferences and user files are stored inside jPort.

xCHM is a cross-platform GUI frontend for CHMLIB, written with wxGTK. It is able to display the topics tree, work with displayed pages history, print the current page, work with bookmarks, change fonts and fast search through all the pages of the loaded .chm document. Being indirectly dependent on GTK+, the possibility of changing GTK+ skins makes xCHM theme-friendly.
