It makes these changes in the api-asl package: there's only one hibernate mapping (the access mapping), DBConfig no longer has the boolean parameter isAccess, and some bugs have been fixed in UBY-API. The next major release is planned for early summer 2013.
spectrwm is a minimalistic tiling window manager that tries to stay out of the way so that valuable screen real estate can be used for much more important stuff. It has sane defaults and does not require one to learn a language to do any configuration. It was written by hackers for hackers and it strives to be small, compact, and fast.
Release Notes: This release adds the ability to move/resize floating windows beyond region boundaries. It adds 'soft boundary' behavior to region boundaries. When moving a window past the region boundary, the window will 'snap' to the region boundary if it is less than boundary_width distance beyond the edge. A new boundary_width configuration option has been added. The 'soft boundary' behavior can be disabled by setting this option to 0. The ability to set tile_gap to negative values has been added, which makes it possible for tiled windows to overlap. Set this to the opposite of border_width to collapse borders.

FreeIPMI provides in-band and out-of-band IPMI software based on the IPMI v1.5/2.0 specification. It has a number of useful features for large HPC or cluster environments.
Release Notes: OEM sensor support has been added for HP Proliant DL160 G8 and Supermicro X9SCM-iiF motherboards. In ipmi-dcmi, errors in the output for --get-dcmi-capability-info, --get-dcmi-sensor-info, and --get-enhanced-system-power-statistics were fixed. In ipmiconsole/libipmiconsole, an "SOL Inuse" error message instead of "BMC Error" will output when appropriate. In all IPMI 2.0/rmcpplus communication, several padding corner cases have been fixed, which may have made FreeIPMI unable to communicate with some stronger conforming BMCs.
The pbs_python package is a wrapper class for the Torque Batch System C library. With this package, you now can write utilities and extensions in Python instead of C. This package was developed to replace xpbsmon by an ASCII version named pbsmon. PBSQuery is also included in this package. This is a Python module built on top of the pbs Python module to simplify querying the batch server. There are a lot of examples included in the source package.
Release Notes: FPBSQuery can now handle more then one EVENT status for a node; an example script is included. The previous release forgot to add __nonzero__ to the pbs_python dictionary. In this release, there are 2 new example scripts.

Additionally, Scid vs. PC can run automated computer tournaments with chess engines playing against each other.
Release Notes: The Docked Windows feature of mainline Scid is so popular, this release has adopted it. This allows a single-window mode where all top-levels are docked into a large main window in a customized tiled fashion. There is also a myriad of other changes, including a 'move search' feature and better support for Microsoft Windows.
Movgrab is a command-line movie downloader for sites like YouTube. It has no dependencies; everything that's needed should be there in the tar.gz package. Movgrab can connect through an HTTP proxy, can output the download to stdout for piping into another program, and can fork into the background to free up the console. When forked into the background, its progress can still be seen in a ps list.
Release Notes: Many fixes for sites. An 'ssltunnel' proxy type has been added.
SBuild Eclipse Plugin integrates SBuild into the Eclipse IDE. It provides an SBuild classpath container which can resolve project dependencies (build path) via SBuild. Additionally, dependencies can be resolved alternatively from a workspace through an alias configuration.
Release Notes: This version now requires at least SBuild 0.4.0. It fixes issues with classpath container refreshes. Now, classpath changes are properly propagated to the Eclipse workspace. SBuild JARs are only loaded once and the classloader is shared, which will reduce memory consumption and improve speed (class loading and JIT compiler effects). Workspace resolution configuration with regular expressions now supports substitution based on matched groups.

Groonga is a fast and accurate full text search engine based on an inverted index. Newly registered document instantly appears in search results, and updates are allowed without read locks. These characteristics result in superior performance for real-time applications. It is also a column-oriented database management system (DBMS). Compared with well-known row-oriented systems, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, column-oriented systems are more suited for aggregate queries.
Release Notes: This release has begun to support learning with the value of customized weight for suggesting functionality. It also supports Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail.

The reservation and registration form HTML structure has changed. Typos in the language files have been fixed.
cipra is a simple, TAP-compatible Unit Testing Framework for C++. It's written in 100% standard C++11 and is only a couple of header files, making it easy to include in your C++11 project. TAP, the Test Anything Protocol, is a standard output format for software unit test frameworks which was originally designed for Perl, but can serve other languages. It has a rich number of tools ("harnesses") which parse TAP-formatted output and do useful things with it. TAP, however, is equally human-readable. The name cipra (pronounced /ˈʃi.pɾaː/ "SHEE-prah") comes from the lojban phrase "lo cipra", which means "the test". It is properly written with an initial minuscule "c", even when at the start of a sentence.
Release Notes: This release has switched to a CMake build system that automatically generates a pkg-config file and allows users to build documentation and examples, as well as install the library. To lower the barrier of entry, it adds a tutorial to the documentation to show how to use the API. It also adds traits class templates to allow users to specialize how to print and check for equality for their types.
Lziprecover is a data recovery tool and decompressor for files in the lzip compressed data format (.lz) able to repair slightly damaged files, recover badly damaged files from two or more copies, extract data from damaged files, decompress files, and test integrity of files. Lziprecover is able to recover or decompress files produced by any of the compressors in the lzip family; lzip, plzip, minilzip/lzlib, clzip, and pdlzip. It makes lzip files resistant to bit-flip, one of the most common forms of data corruption, and its recovery capabilities contribute to make of the lzip format one of the best options for long-term data archiving.
Release Notes: The new option "-i, --ignore-errors", which in conjunction with "-D" decompresses all the recoverable data in all members of a file without having to split it first, has been added. "--split" now uses as few digits as possible in the names of the files produced, depending on the number of members in the input file. "--split" in verbose mode now shows the names of the files being created.
OpenMW is an attempt to reimplement the popular role playing game Morrowind. It aims to be a fully playable implementation of the game that will run on Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X. No game data is distributed with the code; the user must already own a copy of Morrowind to use the software.
