Devel Live CD includes a minimal toolchain from Fedora which makes it possible to compile the Linux kernel and other software. It has been created to compile programs for 4MLinux. There is no dependency tracking in 4MLinux, so this may be a useful tool for developers who are interested in building fully-customized Linux operating systems.
Release Notes: This release is based on 4MLinux 6.0 and Fedora 18 (x86/32-bit/smp).

HTTP Time Protocol is a time synchronization tool that uses Web server responses (HTTP headers) instead of the NTP protocol. If you are behind a corporate firewall, NAT device, or proxy server, HTP will still be able to synchronize the time. For high precision time synchronization, use ntpd.
Release Notes: This release adds fixes for the Debian build.
Unifdef is useful for removing #ifdef'ed lines from a file while otherwise leaving the file alone. You specify which symbols are defined or undefined with -D and -U flags, and unifdef removes the corresponding ifdefs, and the enclosed code if appropriate. It's especially useful for removing those "#ifdef BROKEN" and "#ifdef PRIVATE" clauses from code before you release it. Unifdef acts on #if, #ifdef, #ifndef, #elif, #else, and #endif lines, and it knows only enough about C and C++ to know when one of these is inactive because it is inside a comment or a single or double quote.
Release Notes: This release can process multiple files with one invocation, and will include filenames on #line directives when appropriate. There is experimental support for Windows, including build instructions for MinGW and Microsoft Visual C. Feedback from Windows developers is welcome.
Tulip is an information visualization framework dedicated to the analysis and visualization of relational data. Tulip aims to provide the developer with a complete library, supporting the design of interactive information visualization applications for relational data that can be tailored to the problems being faced. Written in C++, the framework enables the development of algorithms, visual encodings, interaction techniques, data models, and domain-specific visualizations. One of the goals of Tulip is to facilitate the reuse of components, and it allows developers to focus on programming their application. This development pipeline makes the framework efficient for research prototyping as well as the development of end-user applications. The framework also provides a complete software for visual analysis of relational data having attributes.
Release Notes: This release contains many bugfixes, essentially in the new GUI, and integrates some missing edition features existing in the Tulip 3 version. Many plugins (especially views and metrics) which were previously downloadable are now provided and are included in the source package.

The Ecere SDK is a cross-platform toolkit for building software applications. It currently runs on Windows, Linux, Mac OS X (through X11), FreeBSD, and the Android OS. It should run on other Unix platforms with minor testing/tweaking. With the Ecere SDK, you can develop applications once and deploy them on all supported platforms alongside a lightweight runtime environment. It introduces eC, an object oriented language derived from and fully compatible with C, compromising neither runtime performance nor ease of use. A built-in 3D engine supporting both Direct3D and OpenGL is fully integrated.
Release Notes: Memory corruption bugs were fixed. A bug causing the build to fail on PowerPC was fixed. Cross-bitness compiling issues were fixed. UTF-8 text processing issues were fixed. (De)serialization of Map container objects was fixed. A ListBox row moving bug was fixed. Various IDE bugs were fixed.
