Rikulo Stream is a Dart Web server for building fast and scalable Internet applications. It uses an event-driven and asynchronous I/O model to maximize scalability. It supports URI mapping/filtering, template technology, file-based static resources, and an MVC design pattern.

SymmetricDS provides file and database synchronization with support for multi-master replication, filtered synchronization, and transformation across the network in a heterogeneous environment. It supports multiple subscribers with one-direction or bi-directional, asynchronous data replication. It uses Web and database technologies to replicate data as a scheduled or near-realtime operation. The software has been designed to scale for a large number of nodes, work across low-bandwidth connections, and withstand periods of network outage. It works with most operating systems, file systems, and databases, including Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server (including Azure), IBM DB2, H2, HSQLDB, Derby, Firebird, Interbase, Informix, Greenplum, SQLite (including Android), Sybase ASE, and Sybase ASA (SQL Anywhere) databases.

Foswiki is wiki software, supporting the editing of Web pages in an ordinary Web browser by end users. What makes Foswiki special is that it supports the embedding of active and passive macros that enhance the page content (e.g. with global or dynamic information) and allow end-users to build applications that store and process data in a structured manner.
Release Notes: This is a security release with further fixes to the Locale::Maketext vulnerability, reported in CVE-2013-1666. It contains a small number of additional fixes, including one for improved SSL Email support.
RedNotebook is a graphical diary and journal to keep track of notes and thoughts throughout the day. It includes a calendar navigation, customizable templates for each day, export functionality, and a keyword search and cloud.
Release Notes: This release allows filtering exported days by tags, adds an option to export only the currently-selected text, moves the spellcheck option from preferences to the edit menu and adds an F7 shortcut, enables spellchecking on Windows, and adds better error message for invalid markup.
sql2o is a Java library which allows you to run SQL queries and parse the result into your POJOs using only a few lines of code.
Release Notes: This release improves compatibility with the Oracle and DB2 JDBC drivers.
Darning is a tool for managing a series or sequence of patches to a software source tree, in the same vein as quilt but with extended functionality. It supports advanced patch concepts such as file mode changes and copying/renaming files. The GUI is the primary interface and the most complete, but a command line interface is also provided with fewer features at this stage.
Release Notes: This major bugfix release fixes problems with git accepting exported patches which contain renames/copies and problems with folding patches which contain copies/renames.
The Parted Magic OS employs core programs from GParted and Parted to handle partitioning tasks with ease, while featuring other useful programs including Partition Image, TestDisk, fdisk, sfdisk, dd, and ddrescue and an excellent set of documentation to benefit the user. An extensive collection of fileystem tools are also included, and the following filesystems are supported: ext2, ext3, ext4, FAT16, FAT32, HFS, HFS+, JFS, Linux-swap, NTFS, ReiserRS, reiser4, and XFS. It loads completely to system memory and requires at least 256MB of RAM to operate.
Release Notes: Parted Magic now supports booting from EFI BIOS. The kernel has been upgraded to Linux 3.7.9, with fixes for the bug bricking Samsung laptops using EFI and the samsung-laptop module. It's safe to use EFI and Parted Magic in this release.
Son of Grid Engine is a highly-scalable and versatile distributed resource manager for scheduling batch or interactive jobs on clusters or desktop farms. It is a community project to continue Sun's Grid Engine. It is competitive against proprietary systems and provides better scheduling features and scalability than other free DRMs like Torque, SLURM, Condor, and Lava.

Fast FIX Parser (FFP) is a library for parsing Financial Information eXchange (FIX) messages. It takes input bytes as they arrive from, for example, a socket, and converts them into a representation of FIX messages which can be further analysed for semantic checks, converted into “business” structures, etc. It also provides a way to specify which tags are allowed for a particular message and verifies this specification at runtime.
Release Notes: This is the first release.
mnoGoSearch is a full-featured Web search engine that you can use to build search engines over HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, and NTTP servers, local files, and database text fields. It has built-in support for XML, HTML, eml, and text files. External converters can be used to support other document types. An automatic language/charset guesser for more 70 language/charset combinations is included, along with cluster support, making it possible to distribute data over multiple computers and index huge collections with up to several hundred million documents.
Release Notes: Support for email messages (*.eml files) has been added, including multi-part messages and messages with attachments, which makes it possible to index mail archives with mnoGoSearch. Two security bugs have been fixed. All users are advised to upgrade. A number of other bugs have been fixed, and a few minor improvements have been made.
Lziprecover is a data recovery tool and decompressor for files in the lzip compressed data format (.lz) able to repair slightly damaged files, recover badly damaged files from two or more copies, extract data from damaged files, decompress files, and test integrity of files. Lziprecover is able to recover or decompress files produced by any of the compressors in the lzip family; lzip, plzip, minilzip/lzlib, clzip, and pdlzip. It makes lzip files resistant to bit-flip, one of the most common forms of data corruption, and its recovery capabilities contribute to make of the lzip format one of the best options for long-term data archiving.
Release Notes: The option "-l, --list" now accepts more than one file. Decompression time has been reduced by 12%. The targets "install-as-lzip" and "install-bin" have been added to the Makefile.
pyReScene is a tool that recreates original RARs by backing up the metadata. It is a port of ReScene .NET to Python. It provides a mechanism for backing up and restoring the metadata from "scene" released RAR files. RAR archive volumes are rebuilt using the stored metadata in the SRR file and the files extracted from the RAR archive. pyReScene consists of multiple related tools: pyReScene Auto to create a complete SRR with one simple command, pyReSample to recreate sample files, and pyReScene Usenet to create SRR files on the fly from Usenet postings. Lots of other small scripts for managing SRR and SRS files are available too.
Release Notes: Multiple pyReScene Auto bugs have been fixed, a couple of sample recreation failures have been fixed, and recreation support for compressed RAR files has been added.
ViewVC (formerly known as ViewCVS) is a Python/CGI-based system for viewing and interacting with Subversion and CVS repositories through your Web browser. It can browse directories, view changelogs, generate diffs, view arbitrary revisions, and display annotated ("blame") listings. It has full support for tags and branches, and contains a database-backed query system like Bonsai. It was initially based on the cvsweb work by Henner Zeller, but has been ported to Python and dramatically enhanced.
Release Notes: This maintenance release offers a few minor improvements. First, it fixes a regression triggered in views of Berkeley-DB-based Subversion repositories. Secondly, it makes some improvements to the experimental rcsparse-based CVS repository parsing logic. Finally, it provide a few small features and robustness improvements in ViewVC's commits database feature and the tooling which surrounds it.
qore-openldap-module is an OpenLDAP module for the Qore Programming Language. It provides an easy-to-use API that supports searching, comparing, renaming, adding, modifying, and deleting elements and attributes and changing the LDAP password. Example programs are included as well as documentation.

Release Notes: This release improves the code by fixing a series of hard-to-find segfault causes which can be resolved now thanks to the contributions of the community and collection of data. Issues were found in the use of a not-thread-safe library in Red Hat and in the Zarafa stats routines.
UniMote server is a universal Android-to-Linux Bluetooth remote controller for multimedia applications. It is fast and stable. It supports easy-to-develop plugins. For now, plugins for controlling these applications are available: XBMC, Clementine, VLC, and file browser. More plugins will be added as soon as the core is stable.

uma::bson is a DOM-style C++ API for reading/writing BSON data. Unlike the MongoDB C++ API, which exposes a read-only interface with a separate interface for creating a BSON representation, this API allows reading/writing on the existing data. The API is designed primarily for serialising/deserialising BSON data to/from streams (files, socket connections, etc.).
Release Notes: This release fixes a bug in the Document::DocumentImpl::update method. Specifying the default index value of -1 led to a duplicate element being added to document.
bash argsparse is a high-level argument parsing library for bash. Its purpose is to replace the option parsing and usage describing functions commonly rewritten in all scripts. Its features include automatic help message generation, user input checking (type checking, enumerations, etc.), and option properties (mandatory options, option aliases, options excluding each others, etc.). It is implemented for bash version 4. Prior versions of bash will fail at interpreting the code.
Release Notes: A new "cumulative" option property has been implemented. The documentation has been updated accordingly.
GMLP is an API for processing markup from one language to another. It is designed to not know nor care about what a markup language is. It reads a number of newline terminated strings and outputs them through a set of regular expressions that define the from and to markup language. There is currently one dataset, but it is easy to write your own conversion tables.
Release Notes: This release has a much more efficient core, with a significant reduction in complexity and an increase in speed. There is also a new data format.

TreeFrog Framework is a high-speed and full-stack C++ framework for developing Web applications. It provides an O/R mapping system and template system on an MVC architecture, and aims to achieve high productivity through the policy of convention over configuration.
Release Notes: Qt version 5 is now supported. A "-l" option for the treefrog command has been implemented. A local socket mechanism for killing tfmanager has been added. Bugfixes have been made.
Arcavias is an e-commerce framework for Web shops, consisting of an e-commerce library, an administration interface, and different frontends. It's a modular stack which offers flexibility and speed. Unlike other Web shops, it's not a monolithic application. Instead, you have a choice between several user frontends, and you can adapt them to your needs or write one of your own.
Release Notes: The biggest improvements are the new checkout process, including the payment and customizable confirmation email templates, the small basket, the quick search with auto-completion, and the extended list view in the HTML client. Everything is fully translatable. The implementation of the catalog filter has been improved too, especially the performance and configurability. A new service provider for the direct debit payment method has been added. A drop-in replacement for the Zend configuration object solely based on arrays has been implemented in combination with a local memory cache.

DynamicReports is a Java reporting library based on JasperReports. It allows you to create dynamic report designs and it doesn't need a visual report designer. You can very quickly create reports and produce documents that can be displayed, printed, or exported into many popular formats such as PDF, Excel, Word, and others.
Release Notes: This release adds the ability to add hyperlinks to a crosstab group or a crosstab measure, adds a new column attribute which allows printing values in the first whole band, and adds various bugfixes and improvements.
