iNA is a computational tool for quantitative analysis of fluctuations in biochemical reaction networks. Such fluctuations, also known as intrinsic noise, arise due to the stochastic nature of chemical reactions and cannot be ignored for when some molecules are present only in very low copy numbers as is the case in living cells. The SBML-based software computes statistical measures such as means and standard deviations of concentrations within a given accuracy using the analytical system size expansion. The result of iNA’s analysis can be tested against the computationally much more expensive stochastic simulation algorithm.
Release Notes: This bugfix release enables parameter scans from the SSA (Stochastic Simulation Algorithm).
crpcut is the Compartmented Robust Posix C++ Unit Test system. crpcut (pronounced "Crap Cut") runs all test cases in their own process and their own working directory, which makes it perfectly normal to test that asserts do trap, and the test suite continues even in the event of an unexpected SIGSEGV. By using the C++11 features long available in GCC, the tests are extremely easy to write.
Release Notes: This is a minor bugfix release correcting valgrind instrumentation problems, test dependencies, and faulty test duration attributes in XML reports.
Texmaker integrates many tools needed to develop documents with LaTeX in just one application.
Release Notes: A potential crash when synctex sent a bad page number has been fixed. The -Pdownload35 option has been added to the default dvips command for MiKTeX users on Windows.
ViewGit is a git Web repository viewer that aims to be easy to set up and upgrade, light on dependencies, and comfortable to use.
Exponent CMS is a content management system for Web sites. It allows site owners to easily create and manage dynamic Web sites without necessarily directly coding Web pages or managing site navigation. Exponent uses an intuitive and flexible content editing system that allows Web pages to be edited on the page as it is displayed. This avoids the need for more back-end administration or for navigating many administration pages to add a simple line of text. You can simply visit the page you need to edit as if you were a site visitor, and make the change.
Release Notes: This version included a new HTML5 media player module (Flash not required), the ability to import CSV into an existing form or when creating a form, and enhanced importing of EQL. Many anomalies were fixed and many minor new features were added.
Release Notes: This version includes minor improvements and code cleanups.
uterus is a codec library for financial tick data with an emphasis on market data integrity and maintainability. It comes with a set of tools to convert (mux) and print (demux) data from some sources, and to perform standard tasks like selecting instruments, creating snapshots and candles from tick data, etc. Special care is taken to provide longevity and consistence. All timestamps are internally converted to coordinated time, and price and quantity quotes are converted to a monetary datatype which doesn't suffer from rounding errors. Most importantly, meta data is stored along with the payload data in an inseparable unit, to provide self-contained and self-documenting files or network streams.
Release Notes: Volume ticks can now have a candle type (vol + vwap + twap). uta muxer/printer now copes with any tick and candle type. The dukas --guess option no longer crashes. ute mux --into a non-existing file no longer crashes. compression via ute fsck -z will not mangle files anymore in the case where multiple files are given and the compressed size is 48 mod 64.
