Fvwm-Nightshade aims to be a lightweight but feature rich and good looking configuration of Fvwm. It contains many useful things to make work and life easier with the flavor of a modern desktop, but it can be configured by the user. It is well documented.

Monitorix is a lightweight system monitoring tool designed to monitor as many services and system resources as possible. It has been created to be used under production Linux/UNIX servers, but due to its simplicity and small size may also be used on embedded devices as well.
Release Notes: This release includes a number of improvements in the MySQL graph. It also includes a new feature in the Network Port traffic accounting to support either incoming and outgoing connections. There are new alert capabilities in the Mail MTA graph that should help indicate whether the number of delivered messages per minute is exceeding some defined threshold and if the mail queue is growing for any reason. There are other changes and bugfixes.
Fotoxx navigates an image collection using a thumbnail browser to choose images to view or edit. Edit functions include brightness, contrast, color, gamma, white balance, tone mapping, red eyes, sharpen, blur, noise suppression, smart erase, trim (crop), resize, rotate, add text, bend/warp, many art effects, HDR, HDF, stack, and panorama. Edit functions use movable curves and sliders. Feedback is live using the whole image. RAW files can be edited and saved with deep color. Areas or objects can be selected using freehand draw, follow edge, and tone matching. Selections can be edited in place with adjustable blending. They can also be cut and pasted into other images. Any metadata can be edited, reported, and searched (filenames, tags, dates, geotags, comments, captions, ratings, etc.). Collections (arbitrary subsets) can be defined and viewed. Batch functions are available for rename, resize/export, RAW conversion, and more.
Release Notes: Color space conversion is supported using LCMS (e.g. Adobe RGB <--> sRGB). A photo of a page in a thick book can be squared and flattened; the print is stretched out where the page curves down at the binding. A photo can be converted into a cartoon-like drawing. The thumbnail gallery view has three sort options: file name, file mod date, and photo date (EXIF). Metadata is kept when a RAW file is converted to TIFF/JPEG/PNG. Brightness distribution graph allows selection of colors, and reflects only the visible part of a zoomed image. One significant and three minor bugs were fixed.
Orfeo Toolbox (OTB) is a high resolution remote sensing image processing library. It contains a set of algorithmic components which allow the user to capitalize on methodological know how, and therefore use an incremental approach to profit from the results of methodological research. Eero is a binary-compatible variant of Objective-C 2.0, implemented with a patched version of the Clang/LLVM compiler. It is inspired by languages such as Smalltalk and Ruby.

Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. Integer, floating point, and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS libraries. A delayed evaluation approach, based on template meta-programming, is used (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce or eliminate the need for temporaries.
Release Notes: This release adds a faster determinant operation for diagonal and triangular matrices. It also contains more fine-grained handling of 64 bit integers.
libmemcached is a C client library for interfacing to a memcached server. It has been designed to be light on memory usage, thread safe and to provide full access to server side methods. It also implements several command line tools: memcat, memflush, memrm, memstat, and memslap (for load generation). The library has been designed to allow for different hashing methods on keys, partitioning by keys, and to use consistent hashing for distribution.
Release Notes: This release adds support to do two-part shutdown of a socket, fixes for Fedora 18, and a fix for binary memcached_touch().
musl is a new implementation of the standard library for Linux-based systems. It is lightweight, fast, simple, free, and strives to be correct in the sense of standards-conformance and safety. It includes a wrapper for building programs against musl in place of the system standard library (e.g. glibc), making it possible to immediately evaluate the library and build compact statically linked binaries with it.
Release Notes: This release adds major compatibility improvements, including Linux-specific features, GNU extension functions, grsec kernel quirks compatibility, and workarounds for subtle but dangerous portability errors in some programs. Size, performance, and correctness improvements have been made to the math library. Numerous low-impact bugs have been fixed.
Cairo is a vector graphics library with cross-device output support. It currently supports the X Window System and in-memory image buffers as output targets. It is designed to produce identical output on all output media while taking advantage of display hardware acceleration when available (eg. through the X Render Extension). It provides a stateful user-level API with capabilities similar to the PDF 1.4 imaging model and provides operations including stroking and filling Bezier cubic splines, transforming and compositing translucent images, and antialiased text rendering.
Release Notes: This release fixes synchronization problems in the SHM transport for cairo-xlib. Replacing entire images is now avoided when uploading subimages. Other minor bugs have been fixed.

Ariadne is a Web Application Framework and Content Management System built with PHP. It allows you to build complex Web applications and sites with ease. JASocket is a lock-free, scalable, and robust server framework with no single point of failure. Servers are run on a cluster of nodes. Servers interact with other servers using mobile agents, which reduces the number of messages and thus reduces the overall system latency. Administration is handled via ssh.
Release Notes: Remote agents now receive a user interrupt when the invoking channel closes. Local and remote commands and servers can interact with the invoking operator console or ssh session.

SALI (Sara Automatic Linux Installer) is a tool that allows you to install Linux on multiple machines at once. It support several protocols for downloading by way of aria2 to install a machine. For example, BitTorrent and rsync are supported. SALI originates from SystemImager and still uses the same philosophy. It is a scalable method for performing unattended installation. SALI is mostly used in cluster setups.
