Centipede is a simple framework for writing command line application in Java. It uses classpath scanning and the Spring framework to automatically discover classes that fit a certain pattern to automatically expose classes as command line applications.
Release Notes: Options can be made required by adding @Required annotation. Constants have been added for exit status. The Spring version has been bumped to 3.2.6 #14.
Codimension is a Python IDE which aims to provide an integrated system for traditional text-based code editing and diagram-based code analysis.
Release Notes: Improved custom python parser performance. An SVN plugin has been added. Pylint 1.0.0 support. Minor improvements in the interface. Bugfixes.
Pretty Curved Privacy (pcp1) is a commandline utility which can be used to encrypt files. It uses eliptc curve cryptography for encryption (CURVE25519 by Dan J. Bernstein).
Release Notes: This release is really portable: it runs on AIX/PowerPC (big-endian), FreeBSD, Linux, and Windows (Cygwin). There's a C++ API and many bugfixes.
Beastlands - Song of the Were is a lightweight hack and slash adventure game with some RPG and RTS elements. It is based on Tanir's Quest's engine. The story of the game is based on the Beastlands plane of existence where sylvan creatures make up most of the population. Ehlonna, Godess of nature, daughter of Gaia leads a party of hers through the wilderness on a quest against evil intent together with her Brother Dieties.
Release Notes: The code in the previous tarballs was bugged. The code works now, and there's a small overall attack AI system in place. Some bugs were fixed.
SymmetricDS provides file and database synchronization with support for multi-master replication, filtered synchronization, and transformation across the network in a heterogeneous environment. It supports multiple subscribers with one-direction or bi-directional, asynchronous data replication. It uses Web and database technologies to replicate data as a scheduled or near-realtime operation. The software has been designed to scale for a large number of nodes, work across low-bandwidth connections, and withstand periods of network outage. It works with most operating systems, file systems, and databases, including Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server (including Azure), IBM DB2, H2, HSQLDB, Derby, Firebird, Interbase, Informix, Greenplum, SQLite (including Android), Sybase ASE, and Sybase ASA (SQL Anywhere) databases.
Release Notes: This release fixes 15 bugs and makes 3 improvements. Issues were fixed in the transforms, REST API, file sync, initial load, and dialects for Oracle, SQL Server, and Firebird. Improvements were made to the initial load extract and logging.
AlgART Libraries is a collection of Java libraries, supporting generalized smart arrays and matrices with elements of any types, including a wide set of of 2D, 3D, and multidimensional image processing and other algorithms. Main features: 64-bit long int indexes, a memory model concept (allowing storing data in different schemes from RAM to mapped disk files), wide usage of lazy evaluations, built-in multi-threading optimization for multi-core processors, etc.
Release Notes: The downloadable ZIP archive has been restructured and reduced; a new package net.algart.external has been added.
CLOGS is a library for higher-level operations on top of the OpenCL C++ API. It is designed to integrate with other OpenCL code, including synchronization using OpenCL events. Currently only two operations are supported: radix sorting and exclusive scan. Radix sort supports all the unsigned integral types as keys, and all the built-in scalar and vector types suitable for storage in buffers as values. Scan supports all the integral types. It also supports vector types, which allows limited multi-scan capabilities.
Release Notes: This release has no API changes, but significantly improves performance. Recent AMD GPUs get more than 3 times faster in some cases, but NVIDIA GPUs also see a nice performance boost.
Jodd is a Java utility library and set of frameworks. Jodd tools enrich the JDK with many powerful and feature rich utilities. It helps with everyday tasks, and makes code more robust and reliable. Jodd frameworks is set of lightweight application frameworks, compact yet powerful. Designed following the CoC, DRY, and SCS principles, it makes development simple, but not simpler; you get 90% of the features with 10% of the usual effort.
Release Notes: Performances, improvements, and fixes. Both Lagarto and CSSelly now use a char-based JFLex parser. This boosts performance. Madvoc has a new type of interceptor: ActionFilter. StringBand has been optimized for more speed. FindFile include patterns now use OR logic for matching. In entity-aware mode, DbOom no longer adds nulls to the collection. JtxTransactionManager now cleans data from the thread local when the last transaction is closed. Buffers are faster.
ChaosEsque Anthology is a first person shooter. It is a standalone modification of Xonotic which includes extended weapons, maps, vehicles, buildable buildings, mounted weapons, spell casting, monsters, player characters, textures, and game modes.
Release Notes: Improvements to the magic casting system: if you press z or x to select a spell, and you don't know the spell but have the scroll, it will select the scroll. If you press c to cast a spell, and you have the scroll but don't know the spell, it will read the scroll. Improvements to the random dungeon map darkhold (4 additional areas).
libzip is a C library for reading, creating, and modifying zip archives. Files can be added from data buffers, files, or compressed data copied directly from other zip archives. Changes made without closing the archive can be reverted. The API is documented by man pages.
Release Notes: This release adds support for querying and setting operating system and external attributes. For newly added files, the operating system defaults to Unix and file permissions to 0666 (0777 for directories). This release also includes an important bugfix for files over 4GB.
MW is a low footprint embedded UI framework core intended for use on very limited systems. It embeds the JPEG, Freetype, and Cairo libraries, so it only depends on X. It should be fairly portable, as the only thing you need is to create a window on every platform and manage the events.
Release Notes: This is the initial release of the sources. You won't find examples or documentation at this point. At present, the project serves those who wish to find code examples and figure out ways of how to create an embedded UI, and how to display JPEG images, text, and simple graphics on any device. In essence, you can use the sources as the core of your GUI, and you don't need to go through the hassle of figuring out how to embed mature libraries.
For users on Linux and Unix, KDE offers a full suite of user workspace applications which allow interaction with these operating systems in a modern, graphical user interface. This includes Plasma Desktop, KDE's innovative and powerful desktop interface. Other workspace applications are included to aid with system configuration, running programs, or interacting with hardware devices. While the fully integrated KDE Workspaces are only available on Linux and Unix, some of these features are available on other platforms. In addition to the workspace, KDE produces a number of key applications such as the Konqueror Web browser, Dolphin file manager, and Kontact, the comprehensive personal information management suite. The list of applications includes many others, including those for education, multimedia, office productivity, networking, games, and much more. Most applications are available on all platforms supported by the KDE Development. KDE also brings to the forefront many innovations for application developers. An entire infrastructure has been designed and implemented to help programmers create robust and comprehensive applications in the most efficient manner, eliminating the complexity and tediousness of creating highly functional applications.
Release Notes: This release marks substantial improvements in the KDE PIM stack, giving much better performance and many new features. Kate has new features including initial Vim macro support, and games and educational applications bring a variety of new features. The announcement for the KDE Applications 4.12 has more information. This release only includes bugfixes and minor optimizations and features. About 20 bugfixes as well as several optimizations have been made to various subsystems.
