BIRD is a dynamic routing daemon for UNIX-like systems. It should support all routing protocols used in the contemporary Internet, such as BGP, OSPF, RIP, and their IPv6 variants. It also features a very flexible configuration mechanism, and a route filtering language.

Release Notes: This release added BFD support for OSPF and BGP, a new 'allow local as' option for BGP, and filters for setting gw, ifname, and ifindex. The 'delete/filter' filter operator was extended to bgp_paths, and the 'len' filter operator was extended to [e]clists. BIRD client now allows shorthands for non-interactive commands. A -P flag was added for PID file support, and a -f flag was added to force BIRD to run in the foreground. Protocol export/import/receive limits are checked during reconfiguration.

Aspose.Pdf is a .NET PDF component to write PDF documents without using Adobe Acrobat. It supports form field creation, document, text and page properties, color space, text, heading, and attachment settings. It lets you create PDF documents by using its API with XML templates and XSL-FO files. It also converts HTML, XSL-FO, and MS Word to PDF. Other features include image formats and security features, hyperlinks, the ability to add footnotes, automatic fitting to content in a table, decimal Tab stops, HTML tags, and keeping paragraphs together when breaking pages.

Release Notes: This release added support for converting PDF documents to Excel worksheets. Individual pages of the PDF file appear as separate worksheets. PDF files can now be saved directly to SVG. During PDF to HTML conversion, you can now specify a separate folder for the image files. PDF to PDF/A_1b, PDF to XPS, TIFF to PDF, XSL-FO to PDF, and text extraction are supported.

gscan2pdf is a GUI to ease the process of producing PDFs from scanned documents. You scan in one or several pages and create a PDF of selected pages. Scanning is handled with SANE via scanimage. PDF conversion is done by PDF::API2. Perl is used for portability and ease of programming, with gtk2-perl for the GUI.

Release Notes: The ability to show and hide options in CLI frontends was added via Edit/Preferences. Several bugs were fixed, including one preventing the device from being changed. The translations were updated for Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, French, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Turkish, and Ukranian.

Clonezilla is a partition or disk cloning tool similar to Symantec Ghost. It saves and restores only blocks in use on the hard drive if the file system is supported. For unsupported file systems, dd is used instead. It has been used to clone a 5 GB system to 40 clients in about 10 minutes.

Release Notes: The underlying GNU/Linux operating system was upgraded. This release is based on the Debian Sid repository (as of 2013/Nov/25). The drbl package was updated to 2.6.15-drbl1, and clonezilla was updated to 3.8.14-drbl1. The htop package was added. The "noprompt" boot parameter was replaced by "noeject" in live-boot version 3 and should be used in Clonezilla live. An issue where Ubuntu-based Clonezilla live failed to make the preset keyboard layout work was fixed.

It currently includes the dbtoyaml utility to create a YAML description of a PostgreSQL database's tables, and the yamltodb utility to generate SQL statements to modify a database to match an input YAML specification. It also aims to develop data administration tools to supplement an agile database development process.

Release Notes: This release added support for Postgres 9.3, specifically EVENT TRIGGERs and MATERIALIZED VIEWs, CLUSTER, partial indexes, storage parameters in CREATE and ALTER TABLE, ALTER COLUMN SET STATISTICS, LEAKPROOF qualifier for FUNCTIONs, YAML multi-line string formatting for view definitions, and function source text and object comments. Only the InnoDB storage engine and DDL commands are supported by this patch.

Release Notes: This is the first GA release of the wsrep patch for the MySQL 5.6 series. Major new features include support for MySQL GTID (requires enabled binlog) and optimizations in handling slave events.

Cardpeek is a tool to read the contents of ISO7816 smartcards. It features a GUI to represent card data in a tree view, and it is extendable with a scripting language (LUA). The goal of this project is to allow smartcard owners to be better informed about what type of personal information is stored in these devices. The tool currently reads the contents of: EMV bank cards, Calypso public transport cards (such as Navigo, RavKav, and Mobib), Belgian eID cards, GSM SIM cards, the French Vitale 2 health card, some Mifare cards, and Moneo electronic purse cards.

Release Notes: A bug in the EMV script with contactless EMV cards (Get Processing Options) was fixed. The Mifare script should now work again (it had not been upgraded to the new API in 0.8). The SMS decoding code for GSM has been improved.

The queue manager organizes the flow of messages through the system and provides measures to avoid overloading the local or remote systems by implementing a central control instance.
