Infinity PFM is a personal finance manager with support for budgets, OFX/QIF/QFX import, color reports, and charts. Both a Web client and desktop client are available.

MeTA1 is a modularized message transfer agent (MTA) consisting of five (or more) persistent processes, four of which are multi-threaded. A queue manager controls SMTP servers and SMTP clients to receive and send email messages, an address resolver provides lookups in various maps (including DNS) for mail routing, and a main control program starts the other processes and watches over their execution. The queue manager organizes the flow of messages through the system and provides measures to avoid overloading the local or remote systems by implementing a central control instance. It is simple to configure using a C-like syntax and is secure and efficient.
Release Notes: This release relaxes the requirement for successful DNS lookups and adds several more STARTTLS-related features.
hungrycat is a tool that prints the contents of a file on the standard output while simultaneously freeing disk space occupied by the file. It can be useful if you need to process a large file, but you don't have enough space to store the output file, and you won't need the input file afterward.
Release Notes: Error handling was improved.
cdist is a usable configuration management system. It adheres to the KISS principle and is being used in both small and enterprise-grade environments. It is an alternative to other configuration management systems like cfengine, bcfg2, chef, and puppet.

GLB is a user-space TCP load balancer similar to Pen. It lacks most advanced Pen features, as the aim was to make a user-space TCP proxy that is as fast as possible. It can utilize multiple CPU cores. A list of destinations can be adjusted in runtime. Destination "draining" is supported. It supports "least connected", "round-robin", "random", and "source tracking" balancing policies.
Release Notes: This release fixes broken destination failover (which didn't manifest on Ubuntu and so was present in many previous releases). It also adds a -l|--linger option to disable socket lingering on close() and must be buildable on FreeBSD.
Meson aims to be the most usable and fast build system. It provides a simple yet powerful mostly declarative language for describing your build. It has native support for modern tools and frameworks, such as Qt5, code coverage, unit tests, precompiled headers, and others. It utilizes a host of optimization techniques to compile your code faster on both full and incremental builds.
Release Notes: FreeBSD has been added as a supported platform. There is also an optimal solution for writing unit tests for internal (i.e., not exported) parts of shared libraries. With these tweaks, Meson is now probably the fastest general purpose build system in the world.
PHP Backup Maker (PDM) is a smart PHP backup solution. The script reads a given source directory (with its subdirectories) and then creates a set of directories filled with the content of the source directory, arranged in groups to fit a given capacity. It can be used to create CD sets for backups. It also supports ISO image creation, direct CD and DVD burning via cdrecord/growisofs, backup of files bigger than media capacity (splitting), automatic file index creation, and more.
Release Notes: This release has been updated to work correctly with PHP 5 and adds a workaround for a PHP issue with files bigger than 2GB.
DEMUX Framework enables Java developers to build modular, cross-platform applications which can run on desktop, Web, and mobile and embedded devices. It is based on OSGI and supports creating JavaFX desktop applications, mobiles apps (Android, iOS, Windows), and Web applications.
Release Notes: This version is focused on improving support for JavaFX desktop applications and also contains numerous bug fixes. It adds support for menus and a toolbar, and for loading GUI from FXML files.

UnrealIRCd is an IRC daemon whose key features include full SSL support, Trojan protection, a spam filter, advanced flood protection, and WebTV compatibility. It is a highly stable and feature-packed IRC server daemon.
Release Notes: Two major bugs were discovered in 3.2.10/188.8.131.52 which have been resolved in this version. The first bug is a remote crash issue if SSL support is enabled (NULL pointer dereference), and the second issue can also potentially lead to a crash (read-after-free). In addition to this, there have also been some other fixes in the areas of server linking and flood hardening. All 3.2.10 and 184.108.40.206 users should upgrade in the next few weeks, especially if you have SSL/TLS support enabled.
