The Mandos system allows computers to have encrypted root file systems and at the same time be capable of remote or unattended reboots. The computers run a small client program in the initial RAM disk environment which will communicate with a server over a network. All network communication is encrypted using TLS. The clients are identified by the server using an OpenPGP key that is unique to each client. The server sends the clients an encrypted password. The encrypted password is decrypted by the clients using the same OpenPGP key, and the password is then used to unlock the root file system.
Release Notes: A GnuTLS connection problem was finally fixed. A key generation bug that caused bad keys to be generated was also fixed.
Janus is a platform designed to deal with the implementation and deployment of holonic and multi-agent systems. It is based on the CRIO organizational metamodel. Janus provides a comprehensive set of features for developing, running, displaying, and monitoring multi-agent-based applications. The platform also natively manages the concept of recursive agents (holon or agents composed of agents). It can also run threaded and non-threaded agents without using the organizational and holonic API. It provides features equivalent to those of TinyMAS or MadKit.
Release Notes: The API and the Maven structure were simplified. A migration to the Android API of Jaak was made. Performance benchmarks were run and enhancements were made.
The j661 project provides a generic CDS (or ARINC 661 Server) in order to facilitate the understanding of the ARINC 661 standard, prototype ARINC 661 concepts and architectures, and facilitate the reuse of ARINC 661 specifications and artefacts between projects. The CDS architecture is designed to allow defining the Server behavior to be easily modified or extended. This is achieved by a modular plug-in architecture, allowing customization at runtime without changing anything in the Server core itself.
Release Notes: This is a maintenance version for the Java 6 branch of the J661 project. It fixes the list of extensions not saved when saving the configuration in the Editor. There are several enhancements to the editor scripting plugin. Fixes the case where the change of a StyleSet for a widget in the server or the editor, which lead to a change of UI implementation for the widget, would not be taken into account.
