A crashing bug was fixed in the JSON control character encoding algorithm. The character encoding is now always included in the Content-Type header in JsonRpcClient. The XmlRpcHandler module was updated for enhanced logging. The source is now released under the MIT license as well as the LGPL 2.1.
Solr is an enterprise search platform from the Apache Lucene project. Its major features include powerful full-text search, hit highlighting, faceted search, dynamic clustering, database integration, and rich document (e.g. Word and PDF) handling. Solr is highly scalable, providing distributed search and index replication, and it powers the search and navigation features of many of the world's largest internet sites. Solr is written in Java and runs as a standalone full-text search server within a servlet container such as Tomcat. Solr uses the Lucene Java search library at its core for full-text indexing and search, and has REST-like HTTP/XML and JSON APIs that make it easy to use from virtually any programming language. Solr's powerful external configuration allows it to be tailored to almost any type of application without Java coding, and it has an extensive plugin architecture when more advanced customization is required.
Release Notes: Custom sharding support, multithreaded faceting, and improved routing.

Release Notes: This release fixed bugs in retrieving NUMBER types from NTYs and provided additional error handling for internal object/NTY APIs. DBI options affecting numeric value retrieval are now enforced on NTY equally as with all other places in the driver.
The Qore SSH2 Module provides access to SSH v2 sessions and the SFTP protocol via libssh2 in the Qore programming language.
Release Notes: This release closed some gaps in the non-blocking I/O solution introduced in the last release. The SFTPClient class now supports implicit connections with a persistent CWD to make long-running SFTP polling tasks easier to implement. Additional error and connection management logic has been added as well. The module is now available under an MIT source license as well as the LGPL 2.1.
Freedomotic is an open, flexible, scalable, mashup-oriented software system which can interact with well-known standard building automation protocols and with "do-it-yourself" solutions. It treats the Web, social networks, and frontends just like any other sensor or actuator in your automation system. For example, you can tweet your washing machine to start the washing cycle. Freedomotic leverages modern enterprise integration patterns and distributed computing architectures, along with cross-language APIs for extensions.
Release Notes: Thisr elease fixed a plugin configuration error, device joining, string references in dialogs before deleting an object, starting of plugins after a config reload, and some typos in pom.xml. For the IPX800, initial values for digital and analog inputs are now set to -1, and analog data change detection was added.
OGLplus is a header-only library that implements a thin object-oriented facade over the OpenGL (version 3 and higher) C-language API. It provides wrappers that automate the resource and object management and make the use of OpenGL in C++ safer and easier.
Release Notes: This release brings DSABufferEXT - the direct state access alternative to Buffer, and support for several GL extensions, including ARB_buffer_storage, ARB_bindless_texture, ARB_seamless_cubemap_per_texture, ARB_texture_stencil8, and ARB_texture_mirror_clamp_to_edge. It also added support for GLFW3, the SimpleSubdivSphere and SubdivSphere parametric shape builders, several examples showing the new functionality, and updated documentation.
Attic is a deduplicating backup program. The main goal of attic is to provide an efficient and secure way to back up data. The data deduplication technique used makes Attic suitable for daily backups since only actual changes are stored. Main features: space efficient storage, optional data encryption, and off-site backups.
Release Notes: A segmentation fault issue was fixed.
OpenSimulator is a multi-platform, multi-user 3D distributed virtual environment platform. Out of the box, it can be used to simulate virtual environments similar to that of Second Life. These can be used as social virtual worlds or for specific applications such as education, training, and visualization. Access is via the regular Second Life open-source viewer or via third-party clients. There are a number of private and public deployments of OpenSimulator, including OSgrid, which has over 8000 regions hosted by independent individuals and organizations spread over the Internet.
Release Notes: Despite the minor point number, this release includes a very large number of bugfixes and general improvements. In particular, there are improvements to teleport, user inventory, scripting, and objects. This is the first release to contain the significant performance improvements made for hosting the recent OpenSimulator Community Conference.
Vendetta Online is a multi-platform 3D space-combat MMO for Windows, Mac, Linux/32 and Linux/64. The game permits players to interact in a vast online galaxy; fighting, trading, and mining their way to success. A "twitch" type real-time combat model makes true player skill the deciding factor instead of character advancement. Massive capital-ship battles shake the foundations of the major nations at war, while others struggle to push back the encroachment of the AI "Hives". A no-strings free trial is available.
