FAQ answers for Unicode and automatic casts have been improved. Documentation comments have been added to gzip.s7i and make.s7i.
deltasql is a tool to synchronize databases with source code, which helps to keep database evolution under control. While developing mid-sized or big applications, developers make changes to the data model that go along with changes to the source code. From time to time, branches of source code are done to stabilize the code that will go to production. A sort of data model branch is also needed. deltasql provides a simple way to collect all scripts that change the data model and means to handle data model branches. The deltasql server runs on Apache and is backed by MySQL.
Release Notes: This release adds logic to select only the branches valid for a given project. This is used when submitting or editing scripts. When synchronizing, only valid tags/branches are shown in the synchronization form. The three listboxes of the synchronization form adapt dynamically, as is done with the Freepascal deltaclient. The feature is achieved with AJAX technology. These two features help reduce the number of human errors when using deltasql in a complicated environment with many branches and tags. The Python client is extended to support Oracle's mysql.connector.

Release Notes: Building issues were corrected, and links to the homepage and bug reporting are now directed to github.
LiPPGen, the Literate-Programming-based Presentation Generator, takes a standard Literate Program (with LaTeX as the documentation language) as input and lets the instructor comfortably generate presentation slides for each code chunk. It then assembles the provided slide texts and the code chunks and turns them into a browser-based presentation. STMX is a high-performance Common Lisp library for composable Transactional Memory (TM), a concurrency control mechanism aimed at making concurrent programming easier to write and understand. Instead of traditional lock-based programming, one programs with atomic memory transactions: if a memory transaction returns normally it is committed. If it signals an error, it is rolled back. Transactions can safely run in parallel in different threads, are re-executed from the beginning in case of conflicts or if consistent reads cannot be guaranteed, and effects of a transaction are not visible from other threads until committed. This gives freedom from deadlocks, automatic rollback on failure, and aims to resolve the tension between granularity and concurrency.
Release Notes: This release added SB-TRANSACTION, a library for using Transactional Synchronization Extensions (TSX) i.e. hardware memory transactions provided by the new Intel Core i5 4570, i5 4670, and i7 4770. This library currently requires a 64-bit SBCL compiler. Support for ECL was also added, and memory allocation was reduced to the same level as SBCL on all supported systems. A rare but serious bug affecting read consistency was fixed.
systemd is a system and service manager for Linux, compatible with SysV and LSB init scripts. It provides aggressive parallelization capabilities, uses socket and D-Bus activation for starting services, offers on-demand starting of daemons, keeps track of processes using Linux cgroups, supports snapshotting and restoring of the system state, maintains mount and automount points, and implements an elaborate transactional dependency-based service control logic. It can work as a drop-in replacement for sysvinit.

TbsZip is a PHP class that enables you to read and write Zip archives. The class doesn't require PHP extensions or temporary files. TbsZip can read, add, delete, and modify files stored in an archive. It can even start with an empty archive. The original archive is not modified. The new archive can be saved in the server as a new file, or provided directly as an HTTP download, or even as a binary string. If the Zlib extension is activated in PHP, then TbsZip can automatically compress and uncompress files in the archive.
Release Notes: You can now open an archive from a PHP file handle.
pwgrep is a simple password manager that manages a database file using encryption of GnuPG. It uses encryption and version control on all of the passwords that are stored. The password database can be used on several hosts at once with automatic synchronization. Even several users can share the same password database. The versioning system will keep track of who was changing which entries and at which time. The versioning system to use can be configured (and is Subversion by default). Besides passwords, pwgrep can also be used for storing a collection of files like certificates. The file shredding command for secure deleting of temporary files can be configured. A local backup of all database changes is automatically made. It can be used without a GUI (such as through an SSH session).
Release Notes: A package was provided for Debian Wheezy. The Makefile now sets the version in pwgrep.sh. There were bugfixes in the Makefile and initial man pages.
