Download Website 21 Sep 21:39 relax 2.1.1

Screenshot

relax is a program designed for the study of the dynamics of proteins and other macromolecules though the analysis of experimental NMR data. It supports exponential curve fitting for the calculation of the R1 and R2 relaxation rates, calculation of the NOE, reduced spectral density mapping, the Lipari and Szabo model-free analysis, study of domain motions via the N-state model (or ensemble analysis) and frame order dynamics theories using anisotropic NMR parameters such as RDCs and PCSs, the investigation of stereochemistry in dynamic ensembles, and the analysis of relaxation dispersion.

Release Notes: This release includes a major overhaul of the relax user manual with the addition of new chapters and tutorials for all analyses and major expansions and improvements overall. It also includes a major set of bugfixes to re-enable the NOE, R1, and R2 analyses of multiple spin types (e.g. the Trp sidechain indole NH), window ordering fixes for the GUI, and numerous other small bugfixes.

Download Website 21 Sep 21:38 POP-Before-SMTP-Auth 1.3

Screenshot

POP-Before-SMTP-Auth is a POP before SMTP daemon for Dovecot and Postfix that works by scanning mail server log files. The line-matching regex can be changed from the configuration file, in case Dovecot's logging format changes, and also to adapt the script for use with something besides Dovecot. Presently the script requires that the IP address appear on a single line with the successful login in the log file.

Release Notes: This release consists of one single script file, and generates a message to syslog if the monitored log file disappears for more than a configurable amount of seconds. There are various internal changes that didn't change functionality but cleaned up the code a bit.

No download Website 21 Sep 21:37 MSS Code Factory 1.11.4781

Screenshot

MSS Code Factory is a rule-based expert system for translating application models to source code.

Release Notes: This release passes the database validation suite, such as it is, including successfully merging data with updates, and replaces if the database is already populated. TZ support is not correct yet (timezone details are not calculated during the SAX parse and are not persisted correctly), but all other data types can be persisted correctly to PostgreSQL. Note that cascading deletes of components/children/details is not implemented yet.

Download Website 21 Sep 01:02 MDIFramework 0.6.4 Beta 2

Screenshot

MDIFramework provides a ready-to-use architecture to ease the creation MDI-style applications in Java. It takes care of the overall architecture of the main window of the application, with a tabbed architecture, the presence of an HTML printable message area, and so on. It provides a generic API to manage lengthy actions, keeping the interface responsive, and taking care that actions are performed one at a time, without having to bother about it. It can add metadata to already opened files. It manages loading and unloading of external plugins at runtime.

Release Notes: This release protects the LauncherConf class against problems which could happen during class initialization in cases in which the userdir of the launcher program has been moved away from the jar file.

Download Website 21 Sep 01:00 Agent IQ 12004 Alpha

Screenshot

Agent IQ is an intelligent server-side resource for responsive website design. It maintains a local database of device capabilities on your Web server and, based on the incoming user agent header, returns an array of capabilities. When a request is received, it looks at the User Agent String of the incoming header and matches it against the database. If there is a match, the device capabilities are stored as PHP and Javascript variables for you to use in shaping how your site is served. If there is no match, the request is re-directed to a JavaScript "learning page" where the database is updated with the client capabilities and is redirected back. There is a learning logic built in to avoid incorrect records. You can set a barrier which determines how many identical records need to be "learned" from unique IPs before the record becomes "official". An "official" record never diverts to the learning page again.

Release Notes: This release adds a major upgrade to detection logic, streamlined code, and less database load.
