Release Notes: Enhancements were made to the advanced conditional formatting types in Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 file formats.Excel 2010′s advanced data validation is now supported. Data filters in pivot tables are now supported. Several enhancements were made regarding data series and markers for charts. Auto-shape rendering in output HTML has also been enhanced. A few issues in the Web-based grid control provided by Aspose.Cells for .NET that affected grouping data and formatting are now fixed.

urlwatch is a script intended to help you watch URLs and get notified (via email) of any changes. The change notification will include the URL that has changed and a unified diff of what has changed. The script works out of a single directory, so there is no need to install anything. State files are kept in the same folder. The script supports stripping parts of a page that are always changing through the use of a filter hook function. It is typically run as a cronjob.

Release Notes: This release added support for parsing HTML pages (via the html2text module) as UTF-8 in Lynx and Debian's html2text command line application.

mg.applanix is a multi-featured, configurable, Web- and MySQL-based application for management of small and medium-sized accommodation establishments, such as hotels, campsites, hostels, and motels. mg.applanix features an occupancy table for all managed rental objects, a detailed customer information and booking file, a tiny organizer, and customizable printing of bills, address labels, etc. It also provides user-based session management. Users are members of predefined groups which provide a simple access restriction mechanism. Localizations for several languages are available.


Release Notes: This release includes several additional but small features, fixes for bugs and compatibility issues, and some code cleanup. No automated migration from 1.3.x databases is available. The MS Access support is cancelled and, except for English and German, the language translations are a little obsolete.

ECM is demo software for planetary-scale terrain rendering. It implements Ellipsoidal Cube Maps (ECMs), as described in M. Lambers and A. It consists of three parts: libecmdb, which implements the basic model and projection; ecmdb, which builds ECM databases from remote sensing data; and ecmview, which renders ECM databases interactively.

ffDiaporama is an application for assembling photos and videos. It is especially suitable for preserving memories of holidays. It was inspired by presentation software such as Impress or Powerpoint. It can read all image formats, most camera and camcorder video formats, and the most commonly used music formats. It includes 140 transitions and a device database to enable the videos to be correctly rendered for more than 50 models of video viewing devices (including smartphones, tablets, and home cinema systems). ffDiaporama can manage several hundred slides. Each slide can contain tens of shots and tens of blocks, with each shot containing its own block settings. The application itself calculates all the shot transformations.

Release Notes: This version brings new features, some bugfixes, and numerous interface improvements. AVCHD (.mts) video is now usable. A deinterlace filter for videos was added. A third display mode was added, with a multimedia file browser in the main window. Multiple selection of slides is now possible in the main window, with options for editing multiple selections. Progress bars are now displayed during long processing tasks.

Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. The API is deliberately similar to Matlab's. Integer, floating point, and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS numerics libraries. A delayed evaluation approach, based on template meta-programming, is used (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce or eliminate the need for temporaries.

Release Notes: This release contains faster singular value decomposition via optional use of the "divide and conquer" algorithm. It also adds economical QR decomposition and preliminary support for sparse matrices.

It can reuse any existing email and database infrastructure, avoiding long hours of site restructuring.


Release Notes: Mail filters (Sieve) are no longer conditional on each other. The tasks list display was improved. The transition from text/plain message templates to HTML was completed. New packages were provided for Debian 7.0 (Wheezy). It also fixed passwords prefixed with {none} when not using a password algorithm, handling of duplicated contacts in contact lists, handling of exception dates with time zones in recurring events, validation of the interval in daily recurring events with a day mask covering multiple days, and name quoting when sending invitations.
