Screenshot

nomacs is an image viewer that is small, fast, and able to handle the most common image formats including RAW images. It also makes it possible to synchronize multiple viewers on a single computer or via the LAN, which is useful for comparing images and spotting the differences. This is useful for architects who want to see their progress, for example.

Release Notes: This release includes a cacher that preloads the images and allows faster switching of the images. A thumbnail preview is included that allows a fast run-through of folders. Furthermore, the enabled widgets are saved and displayed again at the next start. New raw images (Minolta and Panasonic) are supported, and the raw images display is improved. This release also includes a lot of bugfixes.

jnostromo provides drivers for the Razer Nostromo designed to be E-Sport legal. Profiles are unique user-defined keymappings and can be created for each game. A profile can have up to eight unique keymaps with mappings to switch between keymaps. jnostromo includes an easy-to-use configuration GUI to map keys from the nostromo to the keyboard and/or mouse. The configuration GUI can be hidden, and, at any time, the GUI can be displayed by clicking on the system tray icon. It's the goal of this project to make jnostromo the driver of choice for E-Sports and competitive gamers.

Release Notes: This release adds support for the Belkin N52 & N52te. A popup has been added for a quick look at the descriptions of a keymap without having to save to file. There are several bugfixes and improvements in this release, including the addition of the right mouse button. The middle mouse button is now working, and tooltips are now displayed correctly. An icon for jinput has been made and added to the GUI, including an about page for jinput.

checkMX is a Perl daemon which monitors remote MX servers for a domain's overall health. If all the MX hosts are down and the domain can no longer receive mail, checkMX updates the Postfix relay_domains file so it will start accepting mail for the broken domain. Once the domain can start accepting mail on its own, checkmx will flush the mail queue for delivery and remove it from postfix relay_domains file. This prevents spammers from using the backup MX server as a spam vector.

Screenshot

phalanx computes a digest of many buffers simultaneously, and produces a combined hash of them all. It is an initiative to provide a fast, simple, and portable alternative method to compute a checksum in a parallel fashion. It has options for I/O buffer size, hash width, number of threads, and more. It can be run single-threadedly for performance comparisons. It can check files against previously-saved sums, like "MD5sum" does. It also has a "demo" mode, to ascertain accurate operation. It is intended to be useful on large files and multicore/multiprocessor/multithreaded environments.

Release Notes: This release brings many improvements: a "less strong" (but faster) hash method, a "benchmark"-like report in CSV format with optional header, a fix for global log file command-line argument, improved CPU detection on Linux and Cygwin, and even bigger (~1GiB) 'demo' tests.

Screenshot

Mpg123 is a fast, free and portable MPEG audio player and decoder library mainly for Unix (but also ported to other platforms). It supports MPEG 1.0/2.0/2.5 layers 1, 2, and 3, with CD quality playback even on relatively slow CPUs.

Release Notes: This is another regression-fixing release, which happens when skimping on verifying ground-breaking reworking of existing code. The resync logic no longer signals premature end of stream on bad headers, short seeks don't get bit reservoir unnecessarily cleared, and sample-accurate seek for files without gapless metadata is accurate again.
