DiffJ is a commandline application that compares Java files based on content, not whitespace, comments, or reordering of types, methods, or fields. Its output is based on the Unix program diff, and it also has a "brief" output format for a concise summary of what changed. It can work on directories recursively, looking for matching filenames, like "diff -r dir0 dir1". It is primarily for developers refactoring and reformatting Java code, for which most difference tools tend to produce misleading results regarding the type and extent of changes.
Release Notes: This release has been rewritten in JRuby and adds an option for user-specified highlight colors (--from-color and --to-color).
pyPEG is a quick and easy solution for creating a parser in Python programs. pyPEG uses a PEG language in Python data structures to parse, so it can be used dynamically to parse nearly every context free language. The output is a plain Python data structure called pyAST, or, as an alternative, XML.
Release Notes: This release automatically adds blanks while composing, if the grammar would be violated otherwise. Grammar classes can now have a compose() method, which is called during the composing process. This release also includes some bugfixes.
XML Worker parses (X)HTML snippets and the associated CSS and converts them to PDF. It is an extra component for iText, and is a new version of the old HTMLWorker which used to be shipped with iText.

LogAnalyzer is a Web front-end for syslog and other network event data. It provides easy browsing, searching, basic analysis, and some graphics. Depending on the log data present, it can process syslog messages, Windows event log entries, and some more exotic things. Diskless Remote Boot in Linux (DRBL) provides a diskless or systemless environment for client machines. It works on Debian, Mandriva, Red Hat, Fedora, and SuSE. Unlike LTSP, it uses distributed hardware resources and makes it possible for clients to fully access local hardware. It also includes Clonezilla, a partitioning and disk cloning utility similar to Symantec Ghost.

The Apache Traffic Server (TS or ATS) is a modular, high-performance reverse proxy server, generally comparable to Squid. It was created by Inktomi, and distributed as a commercial product called the Inktomi Traffic Server, before Inktomi was acquired by Yahoo!. Traffic Server has been actively used inside of Yahoo for over 4 years, serving billions of requests every day. As of fall 2009, Traffic Server is an Open Source project, and in April 2010 the Apache Traffic Server was promoted to a top-level project of the ASF.

Cura is a mobile phone application bundle of remote server administration tools. Clonezilla is a partition or disk cloning tool similar to Symantec Ghost. It saves and restores only blocks in use on the hard drive if the file system is supported. For unsupported file systems, dd is used instead. It has been used to clone a 5 GB system to 40 clients in about 10 minutes.

NetCDF is a format developed at Unidata that was inspired by the CDF format from NASA. NetCDF stands for "Network Common Data Form" and is a self-describing data format, commonly used in scientific and engineering applications.
Release Notes: This release adds portability to Windows platforms, both 32-bit and 64-bit, via the MinGW layer. It adds the ability to operate on NetCDF virtual files in memory, either through a primitive RAMdisk or mmapped onto memory used elsewhere. Minor bugfixes and documentation cleanups.
Release Notes: The 4gl Manager has been rewritten; it is it now lighter, faster, and event-driven. The base containers and elements have been rewritten to work on the new nodes tree. The anchor parameters have been removed to be replaced with the right and bottom parameters.
