Junkie is a real-time packet sniffer and analyzer. It is modular enough to accomplish many different tasks. It can be a helpful companion to the modern network administrator and analyst. Compared to previously available tools, junkie lies in between tcpdump and wireshark. Unlike tcpdump, its purpose is to parse protocols of any depth; unlike wireshark, though, it is designed to analyze traffic in real-time and so cannot parse traffic as exhaustively as wireshark does. In addition, its design encompasses extendability and speed. It has a plug-in system and high-level extension language that eases the development and combination of new functionalities; threaded packet capture and analysis for handling of high bandwidth networks; and a modular architecture to ease the addition of any protocol layer. It is based on libpcap for portability, and well-tested on professional settings.
Release Notes: A new simpler syntax for packet filters, primitive implementation of a network event tracking language above packet filters, a custom memory allocator that performs marginally better on large networks, OS detection based on p0f, and a new packet deduplication algorithm (autocalibrated).
jpecrga is a jQuery plug-in that helps Web sites use Google Analytics while complying with the amendment to the Privacy and Electronic Communications Act (PECR) that came into force in the UK on the 26th May 2011. It provides an unobtrusive method of gaining user consent before using Google Analytics, which requires cookies. The code requests consent from the user. If the user gives consent, then the plug-in will inject the Google Analytics code into the page. If consent is not explicitly given, no code is injected. The user also has the option to store these preferences permanently. This plug-in is designed to satisfy the EPD / PECR / cookie law regulations only for Google Analytics.
Release Notes: This version has been built in collaboration with Google Analytics.

This release sees enhancements that make the Aspose.Cells’ generated file compatible with POI. Moreover, this fixes some issues: the release formatted number was incorrect in the generated PDF, the bar chart was not appearing in the generated PDF for the JDK6 version, and references were not updated when expanding a range.
dnscrypt-proxy acts as a DNS proxy between a regular client, like a DNS cache or an operating system stub resolver, and a DNSCrypt-aware resolver, like OpenDNS. The DNSCrypt protocol focuses on securing communications between a client and its first-level resolver. While not providing end-to-end security, it protects the local network (which is often the weakest link in the chain) against man-in-the-middle attacks. It also provides some confidentiality to DNS queries.
Release Notes: The --tcp-port switch is gone. Alternative ports for the upstream resolver can now be specified with --resolver-port, and a new switch, --tcp-only, forces usage of TCP.
What's My Heart Rate allows you to measure your heart rate by just looking at your screen. It's easy and convenient, without the need to press your finger on your camera lens. Your heartbeat causes micro color changes on your face. What's My Heart Rate uses the front camera and a software algorithm to detect these micro changes, with beat-to-beat accuracy. The algorithm is based on the non-contact photoplethysmography concept.
Release Notes: This release fixes the layout for tablets. It fixes face too big message timing.
HAproxy is a high-performance and highly-robust TCP and HTTP load balancer which provides cookie-based persistence, content-based switching, SSL off-loading, advanced traffic regulation with surge protection, automatic failover, run-time regex-based header control, Web-based reporting and management interface, advanced logging to help trouble-shooting buggy applications and/or networks, and a few other features. Its own event-driven state machine achieves 100,000 connections per second and surpasses GigaEthernet on modern hardware, even with tens of thousands of simultaneous connections.
Release Notes: A number of old bugs were reported recently, including the risk of a crash if using reqrep/rsprep and having tune.bufsize larger than default, the risk of a crash when using header captures on a TCP frontend (config error), the risk of a crash when some servers were declared with checks in a farm that does not use an LB algorithm, and "balance source" not correctly hashing IPv6 addresses resulting in IPv4 connections to IPv6 listeners always having the same hash. Some other minor fixes and improvements were merged. Though unlikely affected, users are encouraged to upgrade to avoid future issues.
Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. The API is deliberately similar to Matlab's. Integer, floating point, and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS numerics libraries. A delayed evaluation approach, based on template meta-programming, is used (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce or eliminate the need for temporaries.
Release Notes: This release contains faster eigen decomposition as well as faster handling of diagonal views, fixed size vectors, and transposes.

Fish Sync is a file syncing application. It can transfer multiple folders between multiple machines, keeping these folders synchronized. The Fish package does not need to be available on each machine in the group, only on the machine initiating the synchronization. The Fish program is separated into two pieces, one which does the work in the background, and the other a frontend configuration tool. This separation allows the Fish service to be run on servers where a GUI interface is not desired.
Release Notes: This release allows the user to configure specific folders to be synced with specific hosts. Logging has been implemented, and progress is now displayed in the graphical user interface. Code clean-up has been done, and the Fish daemon now disconnects from hosts cleanly, even if it is interrupted. Fish Sync is now known to compile using the GNU Compiler Collection and the Clang C++ compiler.

nxlog is a modular, multi-threaded, high-performance log management solution with multi-platform support. In concept, it is similar to syslog-ng or rsyslog, but is not limited to Unix/syslog only. It can collect logs from files in various formats, receive logs from the network remotely over UDP, TCP, or TLS/SSL on all supported platforms. It supports platform-specific sources such as the Windows Eventlog, Linux kernel logs, Android device logs, local syslog, etc. Writing and reading logs to/from databases is also supported for many database servers. The collected logs can be stored into files, databases, or forwarded to a remote log server using various protocols. The old BSD Syslog and the newer IETF syslog standard (RFC 3164 and RFC 5424-5426) are fully supported by nxlog in addition to XML, JSON, CSV, GELF, and other custom formats. A key concept in nxlog is to be able to handle and preserve structured logs so there is no need to convert everything to syslog and then parse these logs again at the other side. It has powerful message filtering, log rewrite, and conversion capabilities. Using a lightweight, modular, and multi-threaded architecture which can scale, nxlog can process hundreds of thousands of events per second.
Release Notes: The most notable addition in this release is a new extension module "xm_fileop", which adds support for file operations. This allows more sophisticated log rotation. Some other bugfixes and enhancements have been added.
